How will Disco fair

 

I am hoping it will do 90-100,000 in 2020. Maybe I am being optimistic

Good to see the sales from streams too....SBIT will sell for years to come as long as it stays licensed.

 

Interesting how the article states they are already ahead of Golden same stage...wonder what the physical pre orders are of Disco...let’s hope they are at least as impressive as Golden.

I don't think pre orders will be huge yet. She hasn't even done any TV Promo yet.

I wasn't expecting 'Spinning Around' to be certified Gold any time soon! :o The last update we got was in July 2019 when it was on 361k and was averaging 15k a year (~300 a week). Clearly 'Step Back in Time: The Definitive Collection' has improved its streams - it's averaged ~700 a week in the 57 weeks since the last update.

 

It's Kylie's seventh song to achieve over 400k sales, with the 8th following later in the year in the shape of 'Santa Baby'. Wonder if 'Dancing' can achieve Silver before it?

 

'Golden' is still achieving around 100 sales a week going by the latest update and 'Step Back in Time' is averaging over 600.

I respect spinning around for what it did for her career but its not a huge fave of mine.

 

Same for me, although I was quite digging it during the 20th anniversary.

Light Years housed many a better song but would they have hit the jackpot required like Spinning Around we will never know.

It’s streaming on Spotify has really improved as it’s on some playlists now. Same with ISBSL & The Locomotion.
