July 17, 201115 yr Ed Sheeran has three weeks at #3 then, when did that last happen for a song that went no higher? Surely not Shania Twain's That Don't Impress Me Much, seems like too long ago  edit: just noticed Bray's post - Plan B.
July 17, 201115 yr I thought it was #3 on Itunes all week! I guess Ed's overtaken it then. Fair enough. I love 3-5 this week.
July 17, 201115 yr Author I think he HAS played the whole Top 40. If I'm lucky he might miss out The Wanted!!! Yes, I get you don't like them. Glad You Came is actually an excellent pop song (and in the vein of Romanian dace) so I am very pleased it is going to be #1.

July 17, 201115 yr I thought it was #3 on Itunes all week! I guess Ed's overtaken it then. It was #3 until Thursday. Ed was ahead on Friday and Saturday. The A Team's EP has also been top 15 on iTunes Albums all week, plus the acoustic version was just outside the top 100 all week. I'm more surprised about Beyoncé being ahead in all the mids than her being #4 today!
July 17, 201115 yr The Wanted filming each other's armpits. Great to know that Radio 1's standards aren't slipping!!!

The A Team's EP has also been top 15 on iTunes Albums all week, plus the acoustic version was just outside the top 100 all week. I'm more surprised about Beyoncé being ahead in all the mids than her being #4 today! That makes sense. I tend to stop paying attention later in the week.

Surely not Shania Twain's That Don't Impress Me Much, seems like too long ago  edit: just noticed Bray's post - Plan B. Plan B was the last to spend 4 weeks at #3 without going higher - Rihanna did 3 weeks more recently with S&M. :)
July 17, 201115 yr The A Team could be the biggest selling Guitar based song in a while :o I think that was This Ain't a Love Song, and I'm pretty sure it will outsell that Edited July 17, 201115 yr by Chart Wizard
July 17, 201115 yr Still can't get enough of this song, sublime. Wish it was a #1 but there are too many held back obvious #1's firing out one after the other over the next few weeks for that to happen - this coming week would have been a perfect chance but he's too far behind :(
July 17, 201115 yr The A Team could be the biggest selling Guitar song in a while :o I think that was This Ain't a Love Song, and I'm pretty sure it will outsell that Many Of Horror may have outsold TAALS? I don't know.

July 17, 201115 yr I'm still surprised that the 2nd fastest seller of the year (141000) drops after just 1 week!

July 17, 201115 yr I thought they would take their shirts off when Reggie told us DJ Fresh was number 2.
July 17, 201115 yr Many Of Horror may have outsold TAALS? I don't know. Although that actually charted before TAALS (but peaked after it) now I think about it :P So it depends on how you qualify the 'last guitar song to sell more than TAT' Great #1 :D Louder is still refusing to grow on me.
