August 10, 201113 yr No doubt I'll be a little lonely out on this limb here by myself but I think it's absolute garbage, this genuinely sounds like a Busted b-side reject. The whole faux rock thing, really? I didn't mind them on the X-Factor and thought they probably had the potential to release some pretty catchy songs but if this is a prelude of what's to come then I can't see my interest extending any further. Am I the only person that thinks cheap, early Busted / McFly reject? Just to throw the cat amongst the pigeons, even though she's pretty much detested universally, at least Cher Lloyd did something a bit different...

I don't like the song either, and Cher Lloyd's song is MUCH better, despite them annoying horns at the beginning :P EDIT: Cher Lloyd's lyrics are better too.... Edited August 10, 201113 yr by liamk97
August 10, 201113 yr I like it. It's very Busted/McFly but if that's the music they want to make then i'm happy for them. At least they're not going down the JLS route and releasing rubbishy "club" music. (mind you, I did have the two Busted albums and their annual so maybe i'm biased towards this sort of music),
August 10, 201113 yr Bit of a stupid poll tbh - its probably the most certain number 1 of the whole year I dare say Mr Cowell might disagree on that. Typical generic, insipid, Boyband crap. :( Which is probably why it's likely to go straight to #1. :puke:
August 10, 201113 yr This is far better than I was expecting to be honest. All the teen fans will get it, I can see this having huge first week sales and then dropping quickly after that.
August 10, 201113 yr Well this is a bit shit  I love Glee so I should theoretically love this but I just can't, it's awful... Swagger Jagger >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>...>>>>> WMYB
August 10, 201113 yr I dare say Mr Cowell might disagree on that. Erm... what? Do you mean he might *agree* on that?
August 10, 201113 yr I didn't like them on X-Factor, but I kind of like this. It'll be a #1 of course.
August 10, 201113 yr Personally I think it will be Top 3 because of JAY-Z & ALICIA KEYS "EMPIRE STATE OF MIND" (9/11 VERSION-ALL PROCEEDS GO TO GROUND ZERO) :drama: :manson: Being serious here, it is a bit strange that it is being released on the 10th anniversary of 9/11. It is a surefire No.1 though. EDIT: Please don't hurt me if I've offended you. Edited August 10, 201113 yr by Griffo
August 10, 201113 yr Hope I don't sound too defensive here, but do people just expect nothing to be released on the anniversary? I don't get how it's 'strange' as such, releases (for downloads) are Sunday, and that happens to be the date..

I dont see it as odd its being released on 9/11 - without wanting to sound harsh, you cant expect people to release nothing on the anniversary week just so the above song sells and gets to number 1 - people will buy the 9/11 tribute song no matter what else is out anyway - whether it goes to number 1 or not shouldn't really be an issue - how much money it makes is really the issue
August 10, 201113 yr Obviously number 1. Maybe for 3 weeks. What a fabulous pop song! :w00t: Na na na na They are the Beatles of the 21st century! ^_^ Edit: That Alicia Keys & Jay Z song just need to go to hell. I dont care about that anniversary. This is UK not US. Edited August 10, 201113 yr by Jason

This is UK not US. Your are actually kidding, right? :o :P And I would much prefer Alicia and JayZ to go to number one, I love it! Infact, anything they've released is better thatn OneDirection's excuse for a song :P I liked them on X Factor though
August 10, 201113 yr Edit: That Alicia Keys & Jay Z song just need to go to hell. I dont care about that anniversary. This is UK not US. I won't comment on 'not caring about the anniversary', but I do agree on the song. Utterly overrated crap and I wish it'd just go away. :(
August 10, 201113 yr Is that Jay-Z/Alicia Keys thing real? I assumed it was just a joke, I've Googled it and can't find anything
