It'd be great if Emeli, Maristina and Wretch 32 can all go top 3 this week. An all new top 3 would be great, definitely after months of having the likes of 'Party Rock Anthem', 'Sweat', 'Beautiful People', 'Give Me Everything' and other stale songs in the top 10.

I'd like an all new top 3 too, the only one i'm really loving is Heaven, have been for weeks now. Dont Go is nice but doesnt really go anywhere, and Moves Like Jagger is quite good, took a few listens from me, and Christina's part is so small not sure it fits, but i am glad she's in the song she needs to be part of a hit right now.

I like Maroon 5, alot. But this is just standard M5 by numbers really and had it been in place of 'Misery', it wouldn't have been half as successful. It's only Christina that's bringing the attention to the song imo. Shame really as her part is a bit all over the place (and I'm a Xtina fan!). I don't know, it's one of those "6 out of 10 best saved for the album" sort of track to me :(

I completely disagree :lol: It's very different from M5's old material, it's practically a dance song. Not in the "party over here, party over there, hands in the air" club-banger sense but with a mostly electronic production and a catchy hook. Must admit I wasn't that impressed with the live version, but I LOVE the studio version and the video's not bad either :kink:

So if Christina has a new album planned for next year, I wonder if it will return her to the top of the charts (not in a Bionic fashion). :P

She's releasing a new album in 2012 apparently. There's rumours Eminem could be on one of the songs! :o If that happened, it'd be huge, if only for the history between them.

 

If I were her, I'd be getting a song ready to release in a few months, so it can feed off the success of Moves Like Jagger a bit (which is popular all over the world atm). So I hope she does that.

 

Wretch 32 at #1? :o The song is a bit boring, so I didn't really think it'd do well. Infact, Capital seem to think the song is too boring, since I've only ever heard them play remixes of it on there. It's fantastic that a song like that can get to #1 though.

No, Titanium was released on Sunday, it just didn't reach the top 100 until Monday. I think it was supposed to be released on Monday though.

Rihanna brought out Only Girl at the perfect time after LTWYL! Her label always get it spot on I think.

Yeah, and Em/Xtina collab would definitely be the most controversial collab in years, surely. I can't think of anything recent that would've been moreso (unless he's secretly collabed with Brintey Spears or Mariah Carey :lol:). I hope it's actually true though.
