You know Fife doesn't actually have an airport right? Glenrothes has an 'airport' in that it has an airstrip you can learn to fly at. She'd leave from Edinburgh or Glasgow. The former you could easily smuggle 50kgs of crack into and the latter she'd probably have had it nicked.

No I did not know but there must be some explanation as to why she looked like a homeless person at Judges Houses-the makeovers are odd to say the least.

Jade looked like an absolute MESS at all of the stages really. That BOW at auditions?! People get KILLED for such fashion crimes.

Of course not, they;d have been mugged and lying on the pavement stabbed and bleeding.

You manage to crack me up every single time with those

Kitty's ensemble really is TOO MUCH for me.

I cannot wait to see what DISASTER she'll be TRAILBLAZING on her first performance.

LOL, I really love johnny's picture. bless him.

all of them look a lot better in those pictures. janet looks a bit ginger, but still lovely. kitty looks fiery as usual. sophie is also really pretty. :o misha still looks like a pretentious bumwipe, but I can't see that changing.

They've turned Janet into Florence Welch's very own mini-me!

Ooft at Jonjo  Sophie too, she's insanely pretty! Amelia's looking better too! Janet still looks strange, why the red hair? She's quite pretty actually, they should've left her as she is!

The theme and special guests have been confirmed for the first X Factor Live Show.

All 16 contestants will be tackling tracks from

a 'UK v US' back catalogue

when the show kicks off on Saturday night at 7.30pm on ITV1.

Complementing the theme are special guests from the UK and US. Last year's X Factor winner Matt Cardle will be giving a live performance of his single 'Run For Your Life' as he attempts to top the UK singles chart for the second time.

Meanwhile,

Cee Lo Green

will be representing the US with a special performance of

his latest track 'Cry Baby'

Cee Lo Green

?

ugh, why him? he's absolutely crap. 'bright lights, bigger city' and 'it's ok' at a push are good, but the rest of his songs range from below average to awful. 'cry baby' in particular is poor. -_-

Cee-Lo Green is a pretty impressive artist to put on. Big selling album, two #1 singles and (Crazy & f*** you) won 2x BRITS earlier. Plus I read the producers are wanting more American superstars, and ones that haven't been on the show before. Seems a logical choice as he's the UK anyway for the MJ concert in Cardiff.
I actually think he's great, but he's not a superstar. He's had two worldwide hits. TWO.

You do realise he was probably picked before the theme. They usually try to fit the theme around the star but they don't always succeed. He's a good guest to have anyway.

I really hope they have some more Uk acts sing this year Tinie Tempah Katy B Tinchy Stryder Dappy Pixie Lott Saturdays Rizzle Kicks Ed Sheeran Jessie J Adele (the last two will defintely get a spot)
Cee Lo has been, what it seems like, everywhere since last year - The Voice, Parenthood, even guest starred in an American Dad episode a week ago! :o And he's very relevant to the music scene at the moment.

I agree. It's a shame his music and voice is insufferable to me. I honestly have never gotten the fascination with him since I first heard 'Crazy'. 'Crazy' is one of my least favourite/overrated songs ever and don't even get me started on 'F**k You'! Haha. It was good for the first 10 plays or whatever, but after that it became just as bad as 'Crazy' for me.

As you can tell I like him :P

That 'theme' is such a cop out! Presumably they can pick literally anything by either an

American

or

UK

artist?

Going for wide themes then! How do you begin to choose from a theme as broad as that?

It's inevitable then that someone will

perform an Adele song from '21'

:nocheer:

OH MY f***ING GOD. NO NO NO. I think the whole forum by now knows how I hate him, but I'll say again that he is so bloody awful :( My most despised musical artist!

Another year of ridiculous themes that are used to help the vocally weak, looking forward to the Girls everyone else should just stay home.

What a big fuss over nothing I could understand if people did not want to see Matt "I hate X-factor and will distance myself from it" Cardle but Cee-Lo is amazing live and always entertaining.

X Factor contestants performing Adele? No, the show is way more original than that...
