Rhythmix were better than I expected them to be, especially as it's one of my favourite songs of the year! Could've been better during the chorus, but it was alright for the majority. I detest Frankie, but this was his best performance yet for me - and unfortunately, the best of the night; it shows that the production of the performance really isn't everything.

First time I hear this bloke and I can't say I'm a fan. Eew.

Hmm, Frankie's accent is a bit annoying at times and he seemed a bit breathless, but his voice is quite good. Definitely the best performance so far but not brilliant.

Oh jesus here we go. Frankie is so try-hard and just generally fake. His whole image and personality is completely dire.

I actually can't listen to this any more/ TOO MUCH BREATHING. Get him out. Now! He's ruining all my favourite songs. I can just about stand his personality. When he sings, a little bit of me dies inside*.

Absolutely LOVED Rhythmix!! :o Wasn't expecting that at all, very good harmonies .... rapping was sometimes a bit dodgy, but it wasn't terrible. I think they could actually go far, Tulisa really seems to know what they're doing.

 

Very disappointed with Amelia after she was initially my fave of the girls :( I think it was just the song ... as for Johnny LOL.

VOM. Seriously, why does no one else realise that he's a massive twat?

Frankie - I'm very disappointed, there has been a lot of "haters" out there for Frankie but I've always liked his voice. I don't think the song suited him at all and it was hopelessly limp and went nowhere. 2/10

01 Amelia 7/10 - Verses good, chorus a bit iffy and strained. I did it enjoy it, but probably only enjoyed it loads because I really wanted to love it.

02 Frankie 6.5/10 - A bit bland, but he was decent - and this is coming from somebody who hates him. It all felt a bit too slow - it was like he wanted to speed it up, but the backing track wouldn't let him. That did suit him though.

03 Rhythmix 6/10 - Better than I expected. It was a bit messy, and the harmonies were off - but there was something weirdly enjoyable about it.

04 Jonny 5/10 - 1.5 for vocals, 3.5 for humour. I just kinda sat there shaking my head and laughing. It's exactly how I see Mikey doing a performance, if he were to go on X Factor.

Rhythmix were a bit of a trainwreck and Frankie sounds like me attempting a song with laryngitis. Amelia was not as good as I thought but she's still leading tonight

Frankie must be one of the most overrated contestants ever to emerge on The X Factor before the first live show. His vocal style just doesn't appeal to me at all. He just sounds bored and unenthusiastic. Makes me feel bored listening to him.

Hello loud backing vocals! As I said I just don't like this guy, he repulses me, BUT this is the best performance so far. Not that it's hard to do.
