'Because Of You' and 'Since U Been Gone' are both pretty appalling and among the most overrated songs ever on BuzzJack. I don't think I've ever even heard those other 2. 'My Life Yould Suck Without You' is also terrible and massively overrated, but 'I Do Not Hook Up' was alright. 'Mr. Know It All' beats all of her other singles that I've heard by a mile.

Because Of You? Appalling? It's not only rated extremely high on Buzzjack, it's rated extremely high in reality too. Definitely generally perceived as one of the best KC songs ever - if not THE best. I have to say, it is refreshing to see Buzzjack highly rate a genuinely amazing song for once.

You haven't heard 'Behind These Hazel Eyes'?

Her best unreleased songs are 'You Found Me', 'Gone' and 'Cry'.

'Gone'! One of the greatest (if not the greatest) album track of all time (along with 'Sober', but some people class that as a single ha)! I love it so much! I got so much time for Ms Clarkson

David Guetta up to #10.

Talking about album tracks, does anyone know what his next single will be yet? I think it might be Titanium after all, since in some other countries it's STILL really high up the charts, while Turn Me On has fallen quite a lot in comparison in most places.

Cue more screams of 'Matt flop lol' then. Even though he dropped out because of another song climbing, not because of him falling.

TROLOLOL Matt is a massive flop, he will be dropped and no one will buy his album because he's evil and he's said horrible things about X Factor and I always knew he was evil even when he was on the show no one else saw it but I did his true colours are showing now Cher and 1D should have won cos they is mega talented yeah.

You could almost imagine I cut and pasten that from DS.

It's just embarrassing that One Direction and Cher Lloyd, the latter in particular, managed to get a #1 - whilst Matt is looking to debut at #6/7 tomorrow. Obviously competition at this time of year is a lot more, but with an X-Factor performance and Barlow-penned track, it should've been a strong contender for #1.

If the album underperforms, I think it's safe to say Cardle will be dropped by mid-2012 - similar to McElderry. Wonder whether Rebecca Ferguson will fare any better, or whether Stacey Solomon's long awaited debut will make an impact on the charts.

hmm fair enough. Eventhough im a big kelly fan i prefer already gone, walk away and because of you the most. I do like MLWSWY but i dont love it like i did at first. Because of you is stunning but like SLY. Its very over played and it annoys from time to time. MKIA isnt that good as everyone makes out. For me its decent enough but doesnt show of her high notes.

Well it is embarassing in as such Cher and 1D are clearly not as talented as Matt and their success is purely image driven. Although I think WMYB is an ok pop song their fans would not be buying it if the five of them looked like Meatloaf. Same with Cher she's sold this victim image to the young and impressionable who think she is a role model coz she has a foul mouth and "sticks up for herself". Matt does not really appeal to the youth but to an old older audience but unfortunately he is not as good as he thinks he is. I think his album will do ok but not great. Remains to be seen what will be enough to stop him being dropped or not. Only the record company know what they are expecting.

Cant believe matt's down too #11 :o! Am not a fan of the song but i expected him to do better.

I don't think Rebecca or Stacey will do much to be honest. (Stacey is finally releasing something? I thought she should have won at the time but I doubt I'll prefer her musical output to Olly's, Olly has set the bar high for X Factor series 6 music :P And Jedward ofc )

Stacey left it too long to do anything I think. I'm still not sure what actually happened with Diana Vickers that allowed her to be relevant for a month or so but I don't think Stacey will be that lucky. With Rebecca I think it was likely she would flop from the very start. We'll see how she does.
But it's not like Stacey has been completely out the limelight. She's been doing various presenting jobs and is now the face of Iceland, so people still see her around and will remember her. I'm sure her album will do something. (Not sure about singles, like Rebecca - I imagine they'll both shift loads of albums though.)

I don't see what the audience is for Rebecca. The rest of last year's top 4 and even the top 5 have a very obvious audience (Matt Cardle has the singer/songwriter crowd, One Direction have the teenage girls who fancy them, Cher Lloyd has... well, I don't know how to describe what her audience is, but she certainly has one and Mary Byrne will be able to sell albums at a certain time of year as long as Mothers' Day exists). The only people I can see Rebecca particularly appealing to are fans of the likes of Duffy and they even went off Duffy with her last era. I think she'll end up with a very decent sales tally for her album (maybe a few hundred thousand), helped a lot by the time of its release and she might go top 10 with the single but I don't see her doing a lot better than that. Maybe I'm wrong. We'll see. I personally think she'll be the least successful of the top 4.

2010 seems to have actually produced more successful(ish) artists than any previous year :o Odd as it seemed completely devoid of talent at the start of the series for me. Maybe the same will be true for this year which also seems to be full of duds.

Diana promoted her single a LOT. She seemed to do interviews for every radio station in the country, for example. Stacey probably isn't going to do that, so she won't have a single that sells 200,000.

I will be shocked if either of these shift a decent amount of albums. Stacey has a decent voice but any popularity she has (a mystery to me) is down to her dizzy personality. Rebecca has a decent voice but is dreadfully dull. I actually went to make a cuppa during one of her XF performances.

I definitely see what you mean about Rebecca, but for her the time of year she's releasing is crucial. It's perfect "stocking filler" for grandparents, mums and dads etc.. I agree that she probably won't sell much outside of the Christmas market, but it'll be enough to get her that 2nd album deal and she's probably looking to do 600k at least when all is said and done. But meh. I don't care about her, so I don't know why I'm coming off as though I do care

That made me smile :) 600k? Did you mean 60k? Thats nearer the mark I think. Also think the Mums, Dads and Grandparents market is more likely to go to Joe with his Classic and Classic Christmas albums, Michael Buble has a similar release too. The teenagers and kids will all want 1D and Olly for Xmas as much as much as I don't get it. Not sure where she fits in.

The winner of X-Factor needs to take the same marketing/promotion trick JLS, Olly Murs, One Direction etc. have taken. Releasing a song in the summer where the market is less saturated, and generally quieter (especially if the track has a small summer vibe) and then releasing a single in October/November time with the album. It benefits acts so much. Unlike us, the rest of the UK are not quite up to scratch with the music market so if they have zero promotion and other X factor acts do, then they're quite easily forgotten about. Like you say people are talking about Cher Lloyd and One Direction and not Matt Cardle.
