Is it me or are there quite a few modern classics coming out this year, moreso than last year anyway? Definitely all Adele singles, The A Team and Jar Of Hearts will be remembered for a long time to come and there are loads of others too!

Not really sure about Jar of Hearts, but I agree the rest are likely.

I think Give Me Everything aswell. I think it's possible that in the future a lot of people will look back on it like we do with Ignition now (i.e. VERY fondly and lots of nostalgia).

Party Rock Anthem and Price Tag aswell, I think are likely contenders, but I think it's too early to tell.

'Stereo Hearts' has really grown on me a lot - obviously Adam's chorus remains incredibly annoying and I doubt that'll ever change, but I really love the verses now.

However, I'm glad to see it not in the top 2 as it doesn't deserve to be their outright biggest hit. (Although it may still be their highest seller)

My favourite part of Stereo Hearts are the verses aswell. So damn catchy imo. Although the chorus isn't bad either.

I think that it is time that people got used to the idea, that many X Factor Winners are

not going to be successful for very long.

I see little point in it all anyhow - Cowell & ITV getting loads of cash from Votes, when the Acts who

come 2nd or even 3rd often end up with Record Contracts as well.

And, when the Winner is unable to sell as well as expected - be it sooner or later - Cowell dumps them.

The people who buy into it - Voting etc. - may as well stand over a drain, & drop their cash into it!

Those who do buy into it, should be used to it all by now. Hardly any of the Acts last very long. Even

Leona Lewis is not as big as she was in 2007 - nowhere near.

Best top 3 EVER. Well, for a month or two

Perhaps you are oblivious to the idea of entertainment?

Jar Of Hearts is a fantastic Single. It will be remembered.

Moves Like Jagger still there at number 2 :o
OMG Moves Like Jagger still number 2 lol
Bjork fell to 21 in the albums?! WOT IS LIFE :(

Life (cf. biota) is a characteristic that distinguishes objects that have signaling and self-sustaining processes (i. e., living organisms) from those that do not,[1][2] either because such functions have ceased (death), or else because they lack such functions and are classified as inanimate.[3][4] Biology is the science concerned with the study of life.

Well, every song in this current top 40 will be remembered to varying extents tbh. [/obviousstatementoftheday]
