December 4, 201114 yr Oh dear, it's awful that Who You Are is in the single figures this week. Her XF perf was truly awful.
December 4, 201114 yr Olly Murs should release 'Heart Skips a beat' in the US and replace Rizzle Kicks with someone who is very famous in US like Ludacris, Pitbull or Lil'Wayne... Not Pitbull! Can't understand how that guy is popular, he's like some kind of chart disease. Good idea though, in terms of added U.S appeal I'd go for Lil Wayne, he'll appear on anything and he sells bucketloads of records. Tinie Tempah would be good too because he has some U.S exposure and he'd be keeping it English, plus Olly is a big fan of him. Rizzle Kicks would deffo have to go anyway. December 4, 201114 yr Hmm, it's hideously unlikely but it would be incredible if "Moves Like Jagger" could make a million without ever leaving the top 10. It'll probably be there when it does cross 1,000,000 but after a week or two outside.
December 4, 201114 yr This has to be in contention for the title of worst song of the year, Kelly should be capable of much better but this is utter drivel. It's my third least favourite song in the top 10 and I'd still place it in the bottom 20 or so of the year. Bad times. (The rest of the top 10, XFF aside, are all really good though, oddly). December 4, 201114 yr So glad Who You Are finally made top 10! All 4 of her singles top 10 from this debut album, which has also done so well, great year for Jessie. Who's Laughing Now never went top 10.
December 4, 201114 yr This sounds like a bad copy of On The Floor. A really, really bad copy. Why does everyone say that? I don't hear it AT ALL. Ben has a point with T(ILY) though :)

December 4, 201114 yr I sincerely hope this is the first and last time I ever have to mute iPlayer for 3 songs in a row.

December 4, 201114 yr Fifth straight year this tune makes the chart and the tune has been remaked this year by Michael Buble and Justin Bieber in which he sings over Mariah's song. I hope this new version will never chart, Bieber desperately wants to look like an RnB star in a Christmas song :puke2:
December 4, 201114 yr Love reading all the extremely differing opinions on MLJ every week :) I think Jessie J is extemely overrated but she doesn't bother me none :) There are far more dividing songs than Moves Like Jagger, it's pretty much only Dandy* and myself that dislike it. 'Who You Are' for example, about half of people love it and half hate it (I'm the latter). Edited December 4, 201114 yr by Bré
December 4, 201114 yr Moves like Jagger is crap. Jessie should get busy writing a new album instead of releasing average singles that don't trouble the top of the charts. Maybe she thinks her album is as good as Thriller! Edited December 4, 201114 yr by BuzzLightyear
December 4, 201114 yr 3 more weeks should be enough for 65-70k :o Indeed, and it's got almost four left - take the gift card week into effect and I reckon it'll end the year on 1.03-1.04 million!
December 4, 201114 yr 'Domino' is amazing... should be her second UK number 1... sounds very Katy Perry/Natasha Bedingfield with a stronger melody....
