I really hope 'Lay It On Me' is a hit, it's a rare very good song in a sea of shite by Kelly Rowland. The improvement from Down For Whatever is unbelievable.

That last sentance is so true for me aswell. I really can't believe those songs are from the same artist at all. :lol: They literally represent the two absolute extremes of quality for me.

 

And to be quite honest, I'm sure Kelly herself probably agrees. :lol: There's no way I could imagine her liking Down For Whatever. She never liked dance music until 2008. It's just not in her blood. Lay It On Me is the true Kelly Rowland. :wub:

When you say 'Jason Derulo's new song', do you mean Breathing? If so, it's fantastic! :wub: I'm sure Eric would like it alot more than DWGH and FFY, it's not 'europop' and it's alot more 'dancier'. :D

I think 'Breathing' quite like 'Yeah 3X' (except better). His singles got progressively better (or more listenable, for want of a better term) but this is the only properly decent one out of the four IMO.

Breathing is SO much better than It Girl and Fight For You. In fact, along with Don't Wanna Go Home, it's one of the only two songs on that awful album that I'd go back to!

I still think 'Breathing' is brilliant, so much better than anything else he has done this era by far.
