If this remains as a #26 peaking track, whilst "Swagger Jagger" was a #1, I will be very angry - it's the best thing on the album, and I doubt she'll top it (if she gets a second album). Astro's rap is pointless/weird though.

Surprised but pleased that Professor Green has managed a second week top 40 :D Shame this has underperformed so much.

Also a bit surprised Cher has stayed top 40. This isn't doing so great now after a good start.

The same applies for One Direction - On Thing. Good start and drop afterwards, but for both songs the official release are still to come.

09. (4) Placebo - Nancy Boy (29,000)*

Cher Lloyd was pretty much a waste of a contract. #1 single that just scraped 200K, a #4 single that only sold about 140K with an X-Factor performance and an underperforming third single, plus the album hasn't really sold much either.
Three underperforming singles in a row  Though for me, this is probably the biggest shock of them all. I really thought this would go top 5 because it's quite similar to WMYB and that one seemed very popular...

One Direction will probably go straight into the back end of the top ten thanks to the loyal fanbase that will be waiting to buy the physical single/download EP on the official release week. As for Cher, I can only assume that she's peaked :o

Most songs by UK artists that aren't held back seem to have extremely low peaks tbh. Apart from artists who are popular internationally, or truly amazing songs like Mama Do the Hump and Lego House.

Good start to the chart today. I like Professor Green, Cher Lloyd and Skrillex's songs. :D

To be honest I would be very surprised if One Thing goes top 10 :o

That Redd/Snoop Dogg/Akon song that's currently in the top 100 on iTunes is a total RIP OFF of Turn This Club Around. :puke:
First time hearing this R.I.O track and it sounds so generic :( the chap on the verses sounds like Taio Cruz in places.

First time hearing this. It sounds... generic. Just what I expected from the title. Not awful but nothing special.

I'm very surprised that R.I.O. is in the top 40 in the UK. It is a song compatible rather with the German music scene :o

Totally correct. It's just yet ANOTHER generic europop song in the chart. Fed up of it.

Kiss The Stars?
