Yes, it is 39 weeks over 4 runs in the top 40 - of 2, 27, 7 and 3 weeks respectively. But it's still more than 29 :P

 

I think the last song to do 29 in a row may have been Love The Way You Lie.

Considering Good Feeling's MONSTEROUS top 10 run, it's fallen quite fast since it fell out. :lol:

'Mirror' now Lil Wayne's highest peaking solo single - not bad for a rap artist on their ninth album and who's been releasing music since 1999. Lyrically this is one of his better tracks though, I'm just thrilled to see it in the top 40, a #90 peak a few months back looked like the end for it. Hopefully it can climb again next week, or at least hang around the top 30 for a few more weeks.

 

Jay-Z hit his peak as the lead artist with the lead single from his 11th album, 13 years into his recording career :P

What a pity, this wasn't a single (it's on Whitney's 2000 Greatest Hits album). It puts "The Boy Is Mine" too shame.
