I noticed it quite a while ago that non-R1 songs almost always climb after the play on chart show, and that gives the fans false hope of 'stabilising'.

 

Looks like Radio 1 playing Loreen has helped her gain extra time in the top 10 as she was 0.4559 before they played her and has moved up to 0.4833

I'm not bothered about anything else, as long as Cheryl gets it next week.

I have to agree. Like I said earlier, the documentary really added a lot of meaning to the song for me and I would be happy for it to go to #1 this week! :D

Wow, that documentary has done wonders for Gary Barlow & The Commonwealth Band - the Jubilee concert tomorrow night will undoubtedly give it an even great lead too (both single-wise and album-wise), so it looks like 'Sing' will reign supreme next week after all. Though I was routing for DJ Fresh and Dizzee Rascal, I'm actually quite glad that the Jubilee track is doing so well, it's nice to see everyone (including music fans) getting behind it.

 

The rest of the top 10 will be hard to call though - Usher and DJ Fresh could both well miss out on the top 5 (the former will surely fall during the week + with the weekend effect). I think it's safe to assume Train, Loreen and Lawson will all be dropping out - but then there's the likelihood of 'Princess of China' climbing in too (especially with the 59p reduction, video premiere and EP release).

I was so pissed off with Traveller's Chant. Especially since Capital kept playing Mama Do the Hump every few hours the whole time Traveller's Chant was out. It should've been massive. :(

Capital are still hammering What Doesn't Kill You so no doubt Dark Side will flop after all.

But Dark Side is climbing nicely up their rotation? I think it'll do fine when all is said and done. It's current state is due to the weekend effect, Jubilee & Voice Final. Once Monday comes, I'm sure it'll start climbing up again. Kelly will also be on Loose Women and Live Lounge next week Friday, so that should at least gaurantee it a top 30 placing.

But they are playing "Euphoria" therefore according to BuzzJack they are LEGENDS. Fact. Even if sometimes they are completely childish babies who refuse to play One Direction just because they forgot to thank them over Radio 1 at the BRITS.

 

Anyway, what the actual FCUK is that Borelow shite doing at #1. I am not amused (neither is Queen Liz).
