Leah Mcfall AMAZING she is now my favourite to win love her .

Leah has been my favourite since the auditions, I'm glad she is now the favourite in the odds after her incredible performance tonight! :wub: I think the 6 that got chosen for the lives today were the best 6 they could have picked, so a very good start to the knockout rounds!

I'm really surprised Tom chose to put through Mike first, before he had even sung - because the disappointing thing was that when he returned to sing the song that he had chosen, it was absolutely dreadful. I would have preferred Cherelle to go through in a knockout round/immediately over him, even if her performance of 1+1 wasn't fantastic. Alys deserved to go through completely, though. She was the standout in her knockout round :wub: and I'm glad Tom decided to put Joseph through, who was the best out of such a dreadful three contestants. I don't get the comments about Adam's voice being musical theatre, though? That's giving him more credit than he deserves. :P

So glad Will decided to put Leah through immediately, she was probably my favourite in his team because of her unique sound, and how lovely it is. :heart: I echo the comments about Moni, though, how on earth did he survive this long in the competition? That performance was absolutely dreadful, and Jordan wasn't much better. Glad Leanne got put through, because she was the only one that deserved to advance. So glad Cleo won the final knockout round, too. She was easily the best out of the three of them, and I loved that she sung Leave Me Alone. :wub: John was absolutely terrible, I don't understand what Will saw in him at all, and don't know how he was put through in the battles over the other contestant (his name escapes me), because he was really good. And Lem, well he just ruined a Bieber song, so I'm glad he went out. :P

 

Overall, a good episode - and I'm looking forward to the knockout rounds for Danny and Jessie's teams. :D

So basically, most people here didn't like any of the singers who weren't female. BuzzJack predictable as always.

It is definitely hard being a Jessie fan and seeing people slate her as much as they do, despite her being the best judge of the show. She is the only one who actually gives constructive criticism and I feel is the only one who actually cares about her contestants. Tom seems bored majority of the time, will is there just to promote himself more and Danny is just a sheep and follows what the others do. I love her and find it baffling as to why she's disliked so much. She's "loud" sure, but I don't think that's much of a reason to find her annoying :(

I'm happy with half of the acts through thus far! Mike's battle round performance was gorgeous, so he deserved to go through on that, and his knockout performance was really good too. Alys was always going to go through, but I'd have liked Cherelle out of the first group from Tom's team. His second group were all awful, but the best of the three went through.

 

Leah's audition was really good, so I'm glad she went through, and her later performance didn't disappoint at all! Absolutely gorgeous - I was initially comparing it to Ella Henderson's performance of "Lovin' You" on The X Factor last year, but she was so much better :wub: Leanne was by far the best of the remaining six, so I'm so glad that she got through over Moni, and Cleo wasn't as good as Lem, but she was still good, so I'm not strongly against her going through!

 

I'm hoping Sarah, Lovelle and Matt from Jessie's team go through tonight, and Conor, Sean and Karl from Danny's team go through.

It's Conor Scott's knockout round on tonight. I really hope he gets through - met up with him on Friday, he's a very decent guy.

YES at Sarah Cassidy getting through! I'm a little bit disappointed that Lovelle didn't get through over Ash, but other than that, Team Jessie is awesome! :wub: Karl is the only member of Team Danny that I like - I have no idea why he picked Mitchel (except for personal tastes), and Andrea could've been predicted months ago.

Why on earth did Jessie give Ash the fast-pass? When he came back later and sung his song, he wasn't great at all. :manson: I'm glad she decided to put Sarah through, though, because Danny wasn't as brilliant as Jessie keeps making out (although he was good), and Trevor just wasn't my cup of tea at all. So angry that she decided to put Matt through in the last battle, though. Lovelle was absolutely fantastic (:cry:) - she was easily much better than both Letitia and Matt, but that's Jessie for you.

Danny's battles were better than Jessie's overall. Baffled by why he decided to give Carl the fast-pass, though. That was really undeserving, and his performance was shit when he came back. Would much rather he put Sean through over him, because Sean's performance was beautiful. :wub: So glad Andrea was put through, because her voice is so beautiful and dreamy, and the song choice was perfect. I was surprised by Mitchel's performance, because it was actually rather good. :o And the song choice was fab - such a good song. Although, as I've already said, I would have preferred Sean to go through. :no:

I'd love Leah to win as she is my favourite and the favourite in the odds, but I can't see her winning due to her quirkiness unfortunately as happened with Diana, Janet and Cher (to an extent) in the X Factor and Bo in The Voice last year of course! I hope I'm wrong and she can win though! :wub:

I honestly think it's very wide open this year - anybody could win because there's a lot of fantastic acts. Although to win, I'd love to see one of the following: Alys, Leah, Leanne, Cleo, Sarah or Andrea. They're all great. :wub:

I think Danny made some bad choices Connor should had got the free pass and Alex and Karl should have gone through. Not even a fan of Alex but I thought was really good tonight. I just don't get the love for Andrea ? I find her voice very bland and just basic it doesn't wow me or move me. Going into the Lives my Fav is Leah Mcfall I think her voice is so amazing :wub: I think she stands a great chance of doing really well in the charts if she wins.

I'm going to let Nigel Farage MEP sum up the decision not to let Conor Scott get through to the live finals:

 

First thing - WTF DANNY?! I do quite like Andrea so although I loved Abi and I was gutted for her (I do agree it's completely the wrong song for her though!) that wasn't too bad but Mitchell? :manson: He's awful, absolutely desecrated Need You Now :/ I'd easily have chosen Connor out of that knockout. Karl is great though so he was a good choice of free pass.

Jessie made some good enough choices, I wasn't particularly struck by any of the first 3 but Trevor and Sarah have great voices so I was glad to see either of them beat the terrible Danny. Her second knockout was really good, I could have chosen any of them based on the previous auditions/battles but Letitia messed up a bit I feel - not a good song for her at all. Lovelle was great as usual and Id probably have chosen her but Matt is good so all is fine. However I wouldn't have given Ash the free pass, I've not really taken enough notice of him previously but tonight his diction and determination to do as many as stupid little vocal tricks as possible really irritated me!

My favourite is definitely Leah, there was an awful kerfuffle where Jessie just couldn't make up her mind who to pick from the first selection, but I'm glad she picked Sarah in the end she gave a great performance. As for the boys there is only one male act I really like that was Karl in Danny's Team, but he wasn't at his best.

 

The lives start this Friday over 3 days going right through to Sunday. I just hope Ash gets ditched first.

I do think it's a bit unfair that one will go home from someone's team each week as I thing some strong singers will end up going home as there in a strong team.

I actually found Matt, Ash and Mitchell rather good actually. Mainly cause I like rock voices too. Karl was crap, do not get the hype at all. Danny must be seeing something I'm not. I was however glad Andrea went through. Beautiful voice. Karl out first please.

Tom Odell will be performing "Another Love", as well as the final four from last year all performing their new singles on this Friday's show.

 

Michael Bublé's been confirmed for the final on 22 June, performing two songs (one of them an online exclusive).
