Though that applies to Bieber as well, of course...

Of course. It was a different point I was countering.

Always knew that the album would light up the charts as the single did. But i didnt expect her to miss number 1, especially with Amazon saying that she was outselling him by a clear mile in the preorders. Guess she will miss out then this week, can't see her catching up now with her sales probably being more frontloaded than his as there are ALOT of beliebers (such a stupid name  ) She'll probably get the number 1 next week though or if not the week after, sales for a number 1 will remain low overall

Surprised Paloma's Picking Up the Pieces is not top 10 and Justin's Boyfriend is not top 30.

I doesn't see here a serious competition for Cheryl& Bieber so probably next week this two will have another fight, fight for this number 1. And it's mean that Cheryl have a chance for two weeks on no.1 :cheer: or 0 :(

Erm, Maroon 5 will probably do at least 30k and Linkin Park 40.

Maroon 5 will almost certainly go number 1 next week, Cheryl i reckon wont go top until the week after next
'Call My Name' only had the one version on iTunes last week. Well, there were remixes but none were selling that well. Maroon 5, however, have got the Wiz Khalifa version at no. 1 with the rapless version around #20 on iTunes so the combined sales straight away there will probably explain why they've outsold Cheryl in the same period of time. 'Payphone' will probably be around 160k by the end of the week. Without the extra version, Cheryl might've kept the fastest selling single of 2012 record.

They haven't - 'Call My Name' had sold more in the same time period. 97k, compared to M5's 80k.

Next week I'm predicting Maroon 5 to top the albums with Linkin Park 2nd. (Probably first in the first set of mids). Cheryl 3rd and Justin 4th.

I think the opposite - IMO Cheryl will reel him in towards the weekend.

I'm kind of ok with Cheryl being number 2, she hasn't to be ashamed of a 3,2k gap, it's not like he was selling double of her, and sales are healthy (compared to the previous weeks).

Next week I hope Maroon 5 can make it to the top.

Maroon 5 have hit the 'nearly 80k' stage a full day later than Cheryl did last week, hopefully that means they won't be challenging her YTD record for one-week sales! 72k in the last four days after 80k in the first three is still very much achievable though as 'Payphone' is probably nowhere near as frontloaded as 'Call My Name' :(

'Payphone' should be very frontloaded too. It was held back for ages and the demand was huge (therefore we had the fake version SO high). It should be pretty close but I think Cheryl should keep her title safe.

Linkin Park will easily go to #1. No way Maroon 5 will beat them.

BTW, in case anyone is wondering, I have 'Hands All Over' on ~276k in total.

How well do you think Flo Rida will do with his album. I think it could reach the Top10 probably peak at about #8.

Why would she stick around anywhere near that well?

Probably something similar to or slightly over "A Thousand Suns", except HAO had a million-selling single to boost it. Makes me think it might be a pretty easy ride for LP, I certainly hope so.

Oh yay, it's a price war now.
I wish we had charts info today ! It was much more exciting when we used to have it everyday !
