Away from the bandwagons, when are the following getting released in the UK:

The Script feat. will.i.am - Hall Of Fame

David Guetta feat. Sia - She Wolf (Falling To Pieces)

These are already doing well in a couple of other countries iTunes charts so I'm wondering whether the record companies will do a "Taylor Swift" and get these released this coming Sunday. Or will the UK be waiting until late September for them?

This bandwagon is so big that it could almost have a thread and results show of its own! Anyway:

I think 2012 has generally been quite a weak year for music, none of them are particularly amazing, but a few are among the best songs of the year. Two of my favourite #1s are "Part Of Me" and "Turn Up The Music", yet they dropped quickly and most people dislike them. :(

I'm fairly certain The Script will get released weeks after it's premiere (probably late September?) but I could see DG & Sia doing a Taylor Swift and being released soon.

Pretty great year, I'm a bit strict with 10's but I can see some of these becoming 10/10 moments in a few years

For David Guetta, we got Where Them Girls At, Little Bad Girl, and all three of his promo singles at the same time as the rest of the world iirc. So maybe we'll get his new one soon too.

On a related note, I saw that the version of Wild Ones that Capital sometimes play that uses the chorus but has no Flo Rida is going to be on David Guetta's re-release. Maybe it'll go top 40.

How We Do above Titanium, really?
I'm very aware I am possibly the only person to ever have this opinion, but I'm a sucker for a damn good, generic pop song.
'Twilight' is by far the best #1 this year.

Worst is probably 'Bom Bom'.

Does it count when it hasn't officially been a #1 yet?

No, I did it too. :kink: Titanium's so overplayed and it stopped Alyssa from getting to #1. :coffee:
