Where do you think Dappy will chart with this? i think top 5

P.S Dappy really looks like a monkey in this video, especially at the beginning LOOOOOOOOL!!!

Realistically top 3. I want anything Dappy related to never touch the top 200 though : <_<:

I'm quite impressed! :o That's good for a Dappy song! It doesn't look anything like him though, I thought his face looked slightly animated. Should go Top 10 I would think.

Good Intentions is incredible  Much better than his previous two singles.

I hope it can be #1 and not fall so fast.

Would be interesting to hear what the many Dappy haters think about this too, because it's fairly different to what we're used to from him and N-Dubz.

And the video is incredible too. Very "Earth Song-esque"...

I'm shocked so many people seem to think Ne-yo will be #1. The Script seem like a sure thing to me, and I don't even like the song!

I'm REALLY bad at predicting, but if i was to give it a go i'd say:

1. The Script

2. Ne-Yo

5. P!nk.

An all new top 3 would be good, and a clear out of the top 10, although i HATE the Ne-Yo song.

I want:

1. Pink (though it's nowhere near as good as anything on Funhouse)

2. The Script

X. Ne-Yo (as further down as he can get).

Yeah. Rockstar was annoying, since it was so similar to No Regrets, but this song is much better imo (although when I heard it for the first time at the beginning I was panicking like "Where are the drums?").

I'd be delighted if it replicated the success of No Regrets. I don't think it will though, but I hope it can be top 3.

The Ne-Yo song has done shit in a lot countries including USA though.

I think it was a similar case with Beautiful Monster though. And Let Me Love You I think will climb to a higher peak in the US over time. Songs seem to take 3-6 months before they peak. :drama:

Same thing happened with 'Beautiful Monster', but that went to #1 here selling 69,387 copies. I can't see Ne-Yo missing #1 next week. LMYL(UYLTLY) has had more hype than BM did 2 years ago. The Script should go top 3 but stay in the charts longer than Ne-Yo and Pink will probably be around the 5 - 8 area.

'Beautiful Monster' missed the top 50 in the US but still managed #1 here.

There's a fake version at #45 right now though. I'd be VERY surprised if it missed #1.

Ne-Yo update (since we're all talking about him ):

192. Let's Go

291. Give Me Everything

326. Hands in the Air

501. Let's Go

532. Sexy Love

602. So Sick

639. Because of You

721. Miss Independent

791. Turn Around

795. Knock You Down

852. One in a Million - Wow!

993. Closer

Treading Water - Alex Clare made 59p

Last minute attempt to save him becoming, unfortunately, a one hit wonder

This makes me realise how awful Ne-Yo is, I only like Sexy Love, So Sick and at a push Because Of You here. And obviously Knock You Down which is just incredible but it's Keri Hilson's song more than him

I like Sexy Love and So Sick too. It pisses me off that the Kodak song is probably going to end up as his signature song in the future. :(

Agree about Knock You Down. I remember back when there was all this hype around the mysterious lady that sings on The Way I Are and writes everybody's songs, but I never thought she'd ACTUALLY get a hit as massive as Knock You Down!

Dappy track sounding alright on first listen, though it's a blatant rip off of Coldplay's 'Paradise'. I don't see it reaching #1, especially with the X-Factor live performances likely to dominate the top of the chart; but it'll go top 5 on the back of the fanbase. Sales may also be lower than usual as some may just hold back for the album release.

'Blow Me' has really been a bit of a non-event single for P!nk, surprisingly. It's dying in the US (on iTunes, anyway) and even in Australia it's comfortably out of the top 10 (and indeed top 20). I really think this has been one of the worst examples of songs being held back in a long time. Usually the "OH BUT ALL THE HYPE IS GONE" arguments are silly, and the songs clearly have lots of hype. But with this it really feels as if absolutely nobody cares anymore. I'm pretty confident it would have sold about as well in its first week had it been OA/OS as it will when it finally DOES come out, and obviously sold a lot more in the longrun. I'm probably wrong here but I think somewhere around #5 is far more realistic than #1 and I can't see it being higher than #3.

Good times! Pity she never really lived up to her potential though :(

Really? I think she's had a pretty solid career tbh. There's lots of artists I'd love to get a hit as big as Knock You Down.

That aside she's never really done much commercially, and now everyone just laughs at her for being a flop :( It's just a pity because she really should be massive, but she's been managed awfully. Her material isn't quite as amazing as I expected either (lovely as it is, it's very basic RnB and I thought she'd be more interesting than that) but it is good. Hopefully her third album (if we ever get it) can be the making of her.

Keri Hilson is extremely underrated here in the UK. 'Knock You Down' was admittedly a big hit here, but the lesser hits 'Energy' and even more so 'I Like' are just as good; if not better. 'I Like' is actually her highest peaking single in certain European countries - hit #1 in Germany for example.

Shontelle is another underrated female R&B artist too - though at least she's managed two top 10 hits with 'T-Shirt' and 'Impossible'. Perhaps the two should collaborate, new material either way is definitely in need right now.

I'll never understand why Ne-yo's had such a successful career. He has one of the whiniest voices ever.
