Does anyone know why Alicia Keys' album isn't on itunes yet? Surely it would be put up as a pre-order, but I can't seem to find it.

I was quite surprised it wasn't showing up as a pre-order too. Can't think why it's not on there.

I really hope it appears on there tonight. I wouldn't want it to affect her album sales.

It was on iTunes as a pre-order, it was charting for ages - did they delete the pre-order?

New Releases:

020. Olly Murs 'Right Place, Right Time' (Deluxe)

045. Olly Murs 'Right Place, Right Time' (Standard)

086. McFly 'Memory Lane: The Greatest Hits' (Deluxe)

098. Girls Aloud 'Ten' (Deluxe)

184. Girls Aloud 'Ten' (Standard)

200. Kelly Clarkson 'The Greatest Hits: Chapter One' (Standard)

All seem low at the moment. No doubt they'll climb later. (Unless I have a reverted chart)

On my iTunes it says:

08. Olly (Deluxe)

21. Olly (Standard)

33. GA (Deluxe)

37. McFly

104. GA (Standard)

This still looks low for all of them after the pre-orders have been added...

I Have

Olly At 6(Deluxe) & 14

Girls Aloud(Deluxe) At 19 & 76

Mcfly at 24(Deluxe) & 114

That looks a bit better, I thought Olly would be #1 by now though
Kelly Clarkson update please! (The release date is wrong on iTunes, so you probably didn't include it by accident )

I reckon Olly sold alot of albums on Sainsburys as you could get the deluxe CD for £8, he was also number 1 on HMV and Amazon preorder charts so I think alot of his preorders went there. Personally I preordered from Sainsburys. Rihanna is looking like big competition this week, could be a tough battle, he might have to wait a week to climb to number 1.

Surely Girls Aloud will beat Olly Murs this time round, despite it being a greatest hits?

Haha why do so many people on here keep thinking that GA will beat Olly? There is absolutely no chance they will, they were no competition last week, the same is true this week. Rhianna is the one to watch.

#4 Olly Murs [Deluxe]

#14 Olly Murs [standard]

#15 Girls Aloud [Deluxe]

#16 Jeff Wayne

#23 McFly [Deluxe]

#37 Katherine Jenkins

#52 Neil Diamond

#60 Girls Aloud [standard]

#97 Kelly Clarkson

#100 Various Artists - Sick Music 3

#108 McFly [standard]

#121 Solange

#128 Il Divo [Deluxe]

#141 The Bryan Ferry Orchestra

#183 Alicia Keys

#447 Martin Rossiter

#480 Il Divo [standard]

#1086 Michael Crawford

What's happened to the deluxe versions of Alicia and Kelly's albums? They coulda been top 50 at least :(

That post is a week old, obviously I don't think that now with all the promotion and sales of his single etc. Is it really completely absurd that I thought they could have been contenders?

Not too surprised at Olly not being #1, he is competing with Now! 83 remember (and his pre-orders on iTunes weren't THAT strong). I don't think this album will be quite as big as 'In Case You Didn't Know' despite the bigger lead single but I think it should easily be a third 100k opening in a row (and an easy second #1 album making him only the second XF artist to have 2, after Leona :P) and it'll still get at least close to the sales of his first 2 albums. I'd love to be proven wrong and see him improve again as he has with his lead single first weeks though!

My iTunes homepage is showing Girls Aloud TEN Deluxe at 10.

But when I click on it, Olly is 27 and GA are 32.

Must be updating.

A contender no, actually thinking they'd beat Olly is a little absurd yes.

Alicia doesn't have a deluxe.

Do you think he'll beat Rihanna? I think the fact he's only released one song before the album will hurt him a bit.
