October 17, 201213 yr Author Nice to see two girlband songs added in a week (with "Something New" surely due to be added next week with the amount of times they've played it already?!). Pleased to see them still supporting Alicia Keys (although the Nicki Minaj remix is so inferior to the standard version - hopefully they release both officially). Nice to see Justin on as well :D
October 17, 201213 yr WOO for Disclosure and Of Monsters and Men, and Rudimental going straight to the B-List! Was hoping they'd move Flaws up to A though. But maybe if it does well enough in the charts then it could happen
October 17, 201213 yr Sneakbo up to the B-List , never thought i'd see the day Wiley ft Skepta, JME and Ms D up to the A List :cheer:, i was beginning to think they would snub it Edited October 17, 201213 yr by mod2793
October 17, 201213 yr Were SHM seriously not A-List until now or is that a mistake?! I'm sure I remember seeing it up there before... Woo for JLS and Wiley climbing to A-List anyhow and Disclosure up to B :D Nice B-List addition for Rudimental too but B-List additions are getting devalued at an alarming rate recently. Good to see Alicia C-List as well and just as 'New York' drops off another former Persephonia BJSC DNQ ('Lay Your Cards Out') gets added! I would KILL for that to be a top 100 hit  Not gonna happen though. Sneakbo up to the B-List , never thought i'd see the day Radio 1 at least B-Listed both of Sneakbo's first 2 singles as well... Edited October 17, 201213 yr by Bré
October 17, 201213 yr Above average week with Justin, Little Mix and Stooshe! I thought Alicia might get snubbed so pleased to see her added too.
October 17, 201213 yr ALESSO :cheer: :cheer: Great to see him on the playlist, I'd love for him to have a hit with this! Also good news to see Rudimental get in but in this case we knew it would happen.
October 17, 201213 yr Author Were SHM seriously not A-List until now or is that a mistake?! I'm sure I remember seeing it up there before... Oops! Definitely a mistake - I blame there being a blocks of movers in the A-List
October 17, 201213 yr Jake Bugg on the A-list! :D Securing that number one album a little bit more! Good to see Lana Del Rey and Stooshe's new singles on the playlist too.
October 17, 201213 yr No real surprises this week, although they seem to have added Alicia Keys a week too early (most of the other new additions are released a week earlier than Alicia). I'm expecting a big clearout next week to make space for: Chris Brown - Don't Judge Me (possibly) Girls Aloud - Something New Kelly Clarkson – Catch My Breath Labrinth feat Emeli Sande – Beneath Your Beautiful McFly – Love Is Easy (unless they decide it's time to start snubbing McFly) Olly Murs feat Flo Rida – Troublemaker Two Door Cinema Club - Sun The Vaccines – I Always Knew
October 17, 201213 yr Great to see Solange as Annie Mac's record of the week, does this mean they'll definitely add it to the playlist soon?
October 17, 201213 yr Jake Bugg on the A-list! :D Securing that number one album a little bit more! Good to see Lana Del Rey and Stooshe's new singles on the playlist too. The playlist changes don't come into effect until Monday though, so it shouldn't affect the album's sales this week, but more so next week right? :) Sad to see Leona off, but they are moving onto the next single now, so it should be fine!
October 17, 201213 yr Alicia! Was a tad worried they were going to blank Girl On Fire but it was really just the incredibly delayed release that's made them wait a while to playlist I guess. Also fab to see Lana added :D
October 17, 201213 yr No surprise that Christina Aguilera 'Your Body' hasn't been playlisted. There's still hope for the single though as the music channels are playing it loads at the moment. Another sublime single from the Del Rey, would actually love to see 'Ride' become a big hit.
October 17, 201213 yr Great for Alicia Keys, Lana Del Rey, Little Mix, Stooshe, Disclosure, Sneakbo, Sub Focus, Trey Songz, Jessie Ware, JLS, Rita Ora and WILEY!!!!! I love most of the songs that have been added or promoted this week. :D
October 17, 201213 yr They've tacked Nicki Minaj on to 'Girl On Fire'? That girl gets everywhere, she's like herpes. I think it's safe to assume they're gonna ignore Christina Aguilera, I hope it can do something anyway. It seems likely as it's getting good video play and some stations have started playing it.
October 17, 201213 yr Author They've tacked Nicki Minaj on to 'Girl On Fire'? That girl gets everywhere, she's like herpes. It was one of the three versions that was originally released in America (original, inferno and bluelight versions), with Nicki being on the second. It pretty much the same except with a Nicki intro and verse.
October 17, 201213 yr I adore the playlist this week! So many great additions to the already amazing tracks on there. If only these five recent removals were still on it: Alt-J - Something Good AlunaGeorge - Your Drums, Your Love Leona Lewis - Trouble (feat. Childish Gambino) Muse - Madness Nas - Cherry Wine (feat. Amy Winehouse) Dunno what I'd take of to replace them though, definately these three: Psy - Gangnam Style You Me At Six - Reckless (tbf, I don't mind it) One Direction - Live While We're Young Edited October 17, 201213 yr by Childish Bambino
October 17, 201213 yr Impressed to see JLS on the A-List - After their recent decline in sales/chart positions i think this era is going to be really successful for them, They might not get the instant #1 like they used to but hopefully HGITWRN will be able to hang around for a while and get decent sales and will lead to healthy xmas sales for the album.
