November 11, 201213 yr I thought Military Wives may have slipped a little - I guess they have had a boost from a remembrance concert yesterday. Good to see fun. and Taylor Swift climbing a bit from the midweeks, shame the same didn't happen for Jake Bugg. :( Ellie climbing - I think radio are starting to play her new single now, so it will be nice to see her album start climbing after such a large fall.
November 11, 201213 yr I see Lawson's album is going the same way as their singles and making a quick exit out the bottom of the top 40.
November 11, 201213 yr Pleased Little Mix were only one off top 40. I was expected somewhere between the mid 40's.
November 11, 201213 yr Author The big chart news of the week is of course the return of DES'REE at #83 with 'I'm Kissing You'!
November 11, 201213 yr Jessie Ware getting another T100 hit with "Night Light" sneaking in at #95. Shamefully that will probably be as far as it gets . :(
November 11, 201213 yr Ahhh! Good to see The Killers manage to hold onto the top 20 (below P!nk still, though :arrr:) hopefully that'll change this coming week though. But for this week i'm very pleased wiyh how it's held up. :D
November 11, 201213 yr Pleased Little Mix were only one off top 40. I was expected somewhere between the mid 40's. Somewhere between the mid 40's and what? :P
November 11, 201213 yr Delighted to see Robbie managed to do the double, it's a seriously impressive feat to be able to manage after so many years in the industry. Shocked Kylie also only fell 5 spots and that was mostly due to 4 new entries in the Top 10. I expected The Abbey Road Sessions to be a fan-only purchase with little casual appeal.
November 11, 201213 yr Good to see Radio 1 get another no1 in the compilations chart with the live lounge album - also 3 xmas albums in the top 40 with the new NOW one in the top 10!
November 11, 201213 yr Is anyone else surprised at how well 1D's album has been holding up? Almost a year after its release and it's still at No. 24. Does anyone know what its lowest position has been so far?
November 11, 201213 yr Is anyone else surprised at how well 1D's album has been holding up? Almost a year after its release and it's still at No. 24. Does anyone know what its lowest position has been so far? I don't know. But it's done incredible though. Even worldwide, last time I checked it was the 2nd best-selling album of the year in the US (behind Adele). Maybe Taylor Swift will have overtaken now though.
November 11, 201213 yr Is anyone else surprised at how well 1D's album has been holding up? Almost a year after its release and it's still at No. 24. Does anyone know what its lowest position has been so far? I'm surprised too, and I believe it's lowest position was #43, when it was out of the Top 40 for one week.
November 11, 201213 yr Glad to see Kylie holding on in the top 10 for 2nd week . Has it been posted anywhere what the sales are so far ?
November 11, 201213 yr Glad to see Kylie holding on in the top 10 for 2nd week . Has it been posted anywhere what the sales are so far ? Sales info will be posted tomorrow sometime, currently we don't have any sales info, OCC decided not to mention any sales info in their reports today.
November 11, 201213 yr I'm surprised too, and I believe it's lowest position was #43, when it was out of the Top 40 for one week. Wow that's pretty incredible for a boy band really, a whole year inside the Top 40 (well if you don't count that one week lol). Those sorts of records are usually by more serious artists like Ed Sheeran, Adele, Emeli Sande etc. I wonder if the second album will do as well. Edited November 11, 201213 yr by mango
November 11, 201213 yr Sales info will be posted tomorrow sometime, currently we don't have any sales info, OCC decided not to mention any sales info in their reports today. The lack of any OCC sales show the top 2 must have sold under 10ok this week!
