As much as will.i.am's verses grate on me (get back to BEP PLEASE), Britney's voice saves it. Now i'm fully supporting her getting a #1 out of this :cheer: (God knows it may be a while before she ever gets another one!)

Looks like the first new #1 of 2013. What a way to start 2013 with a dull #1, let's hope there are better tracks to come in the new year.

It's not even that great of a song, but it's what is in right now. I'm only here for Britney's accent and how she looks in the music video. I say #4, I'm feeling that number for some reason... unless it's the first week of January, then how could it not hit #1?

This has a much bigger chance to get played on the radio. I'm sure Till the World Ends actually would've been her biggest it in a while if it got good radio play here, since it was in most other countries.

I'm unsure about this. I think the actual song is a bit poor, but Britney's English accent could be gimmicky enough for it to be successful.

I'm loving the "it's Britney bitch" callback! Her accent is slightly ridiculous but works for the song. The production and rap is mainly business as usual for will but just enough fresh going on to pull it off I think.

I actually really like this! Not sure if it will do as well as 'This Is Love' but I think top 5 is definitely dead cert. Nice to see Britney back in the top 10 too, hopefully will be her biggest hit since Womanizer!

Yes, it's the 2nd or highest selling non-top 20 hit of 2011 (after Dirty Talk by Wynter Gordon and maybe Down On Me by Jeremih/50 Cent iirc), and sold almost as much as Hold It Against Me. If it had been playlisted by Radio 1 and Capital I think it would've sold 300,000+ at the very least imo.

 

In the US where it actually got good airplay it peaked at #3 and spent 9 weeks in the top 10, and got like #27 in the year-end chart.

Really now? A January release would've been good for the song. I haven't heard it on the radio yet and X Factor is releasing then, so this song will have 0% chance of getting to #1.
