Dunno if its been mentioned already, but the following Christmas songs are now 59p, expect them to climb quite fast over the next few days:

39. Wizzard - I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day

51. Slade - Merry Xmas Everybody

54. Band Aid - Do They Know Its Christmas

79. Brenda Lee - Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree

102. Elton John - Step Into Christmas

115. Dean Martin - Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

134. Paul McCartney - Wonderful Christmastime

157. Kylie Minogue - Santa Baby

No Pogues, Mariah or Wham looking at the list (although it seems to have been removed from the front page) the latter could be on course to lose its bronze medal to Wizzard or Slade this year.

In Dulce Jubilo has also been reduced, but its not top 200 yet, what ELSE does it need to get people to see its genius? :(

Did they not perform it on the RVP? Or did they perform something else? The fall is quite shocking. The airplay and promotion they did was huge! Not to mention the song is great!

They performed 'The Promise'. I wish they did 'Beautiful Cause You Love Me' :(

Well that was a dumb choice, IMO. Why would they want to perform a song that's 4 years old? They should have done a medley like PCD did when they performed a few years ago.

Scream & Shout  #99!

It's out??? Y Today?

It's the pre-order that's charting.

Edit: Itunes says release date is 9th December (next week).

Stupid decision ever anyway... against the biggest first week single of the year? whatever.

It was just to show off one of their biggest hits to encourage people to buy Ten, I think.

I'm not so sure we will get that this year though...

Don't GA have a version at 69 too, probably the album cut rising so not so bad combined. Great for scream and shout but OA/OS would have been preferable they'll have their work cut out next week. Is 99 good for a preorder? What do big ones usually get to pre-release?

AFAIK the only singles to ever get so high on preorder are Skyfall and Locked Up In Heaven.

Single pre-orders only started showing up in the feed a bit before 'Skyfall' came out so this is a slightly unfair statement :P

Other songs that have gone top 100 on pre-orders alone are Paloma Faith 'Never Tear Us Apart', The Justice Collective 'He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother' and Alex Day 'Stupid Stupid'. 'Skyfall' went nearly top 20 for a few days and went straight in at #3 on release and 'Locked Out Of Heaven' got to the 40s which was enough for it to go straight to #5 on actual release, so top 100 and climbing fast is a good sign for 'Scream & Shout'. I think it is a good idea for them to release it next week and if Christopher wins then I could actually see it challenging for #1 to be honest!

Maybe that's a premonition for where 'Scream And Shout' will peak...

Pink at 7 combined. Expect her to overtake Ke$ha soon to be up to 6 :D. So happy this is doing well

Scream & Shout will probably get to #01 post New Year tbh, much like Paradise & Good Feeling did.

Apart from Alex Day who got to 76 (ish) yesterday and The Justice Collective who are currently at 56

Leona's 'Lovebird' video premiers tomorrow. It's leaked and I've seen it, she looks beaaautiful. I think it'll be supported by TV, so the video may help it finally start climbing iTunes in the upcoming weeks. Keep an eye out. :P
