Everything is wrong with her, although a fraction of me likes her. She's just very wooden.

The Lauren storyline has turned out ok and is building well, it should be good with Tanya leaving and Max finding out about the baby so it should be good thurs and fri. Its a long way off from been back on form but it has taken small steps in the right direction, the new guy cant remember his name (dereks mate) seems quiet a strong actor so i think the character has good potential as the next baddie.

I do hope so. I didn't find Derek that much of a good bad guy as he was too soft and caring when it came to his family.

I found Derek strangely attractive :(

Derek was never believable as a bad boy, he came across as he was trying to hard from an acting point of view, he was the type if villein i felt like laughing at rather than been scared of.

Tonight will be emotional, i really do not want Tanya to leave and to make it worse she is getting a totally unbelievable exit.

Huge shock and disappointment of Tanya not getting a julia's theme for her exit, i really felt she deserved it, Jane beale got it and Tanya was a far more important character.

 

That a side, Tanya's exit made a bit more sense in that she was bringing Loren away for treatment, it was more believeable and it was a very strong episode, the only negeative i have is her not geting julias theme.

I don't see why getting or not getting Julia's theme is such a big deal. I don't really need a few bars of a piano to tell me I should be feeling emotional or whatever. If anything it has more impact without it. Great ep tonight.

 

Just watched last night's episode on iPlayer. Never thought I'd get so emotional... Lauren better not be gone for good, though. :cry:

The scenes with Kirsty (when she turned up at Tanya's door, too) were v good, absolutely love her. :wub:

Am i the only one who thinks kirsty is an awful actress? Those drunks scenes were terrible. I'm not going to miss Tanya one bit,but that was a great episode.

Oh I think she's a brilliant actress, I always think she looks like a drug addict thinks :lol: It's a shame given how amazing she used to be, but I agree with you on Tanya - she was ruined recently by Max break-up #30921321930 and more or less all the recent events.

Im really going to miss Tanya, she was one of the few characters on the show at present that i cared about or took an interest in her storylines, i will miss her and i do hope she comes back.

I remain hopeful she will make a return at the end of 2014.

The Branning's are definitely the highlight of 2013 for me so far. :wub:
