It will have been ~3 years since her last album by the time she releases it. That's pretty standard if not comparatively long for pop artists.

Maybe the 12 singles makes it seem like less.

Noah and the Whale are bringing out a new album - their previous one is my all-time favourite album so I'm very excited to hear new stuff from them!

Britney's recording material, I imagine that'll be out next year.
I'm really looking forward to the Everything Everything album and the Biffy Clyro album. They're my most anticipated releases of 2013.

Kings of Leon surely are gonna release new material next year.

Looks likely, will have been 2.5/3 years, plus they've a massive tour next year.

I dont think they are as popular as before unless they come up with a cracking return!

Jessie J may have an album out too considering she is having a tour at the end of next year (iirc)

Katy Perry is sure to be massive - Particularly from the last era, she managed to get 5 singles from the original album in the top 10 which is more (albeit only by one) than Rihanna!

I'm not hopeful for Gaga's success this year, I do think she'll almost become a fanbase act unless she puts out a few tracks again like 'Paparazzi' rather than stuff like 'Born This Way'.

Looking forward to the return of Biffy Clyro, Hurts, Katy B, Everything Everything and Fenech-Soler. And MAYBE a new James Blake album? (But if not, there'll at least be a new EP or two)

I've got my fingers crossed for Hurts. They slowly built up a fanbase with the last album so I think if the lead single is good it should do well.
I'm personally really looking forward to the obvious Lady Gaga, as well as Nicki Minaj, Misha B, M.I.A., Gabrielle Aplin, Tinie Tempah, Stacey Solomon (if she actually gets round to it), Hurts, Jess Mills and as it's a brilliant album I'll be supporting Night Visions by Imagine Dragons when it's out so hopefully that's big. Then there's Azealia Banks, it's been delayed so long I don't know what to expect but 212 was obviously amazing and then she's put out material like Esta Noche, f*** Up The Fun and Liquorice since that which were also great so I have hope.

I hear Cher will be realise new album. I don't think that will be some big blockbuster, but it is a event. This woman can't stop. I hope new album/s of The

Wanted to be great. I like them, but they sort of floped in the second half of 2012. Lady Gaga will be big again, but not that hot like The Fame. She still has the stardom to sell big. And definitely will be something interesting. I think there will be some surprises in 2013 - some new big star will be rising, may be it will

be the year of K-pop (I personally don't like it), I hope the British music to continue to spread across the ocean. And finally don't forget the Beyonce comeback. Hopefully it will be good album, not like the last.
