Pompeii up another 3.5 to 75 + multiple version and the EP is number 1 I guess until the end of the week and JT version from the BRITS is only at 275...I think they have it...
IMHO it's impossible to say, we have no idea how the EP is selling, though it is fantastic value  I would be happy if JT did it too, Mirrors is cool and I love how he's gone back to the old school vibe.
Ah, so finally now for the first year ever all the BRITs performances have been made available eventually! Surprised that they've added 'Mirrors' now.

Is Justin done with Suit and Tie now? It's very confusing.

In other news, o2 have launched an app where you can download the top 40 singles onto your phone every week ,and for the first 8 weeks it's free to o2 customers.

Alot of big artists release like this now releasing loads of single before the album to raise the hype - look at Taylor Swift at the latter end of last year!

Is the Strokes new single available on the pre order album rule - thought it would have charted high?!

 83. The Stars (Are Out Tonight) - David Bowie

I wasn't expecting this to do as well as 'Where Are We Now?' but thought it'd be doing a bit better than this.

 97. Mercy (feat. Big Sean, Pusha T, 2 Chainz) - Kanye West

This re-release is actually working! :o Really hope this can somehow go top 40 (but it should at least re-peak anyway, #82 won't be hard to beat).

it's available separately (and cheaper) from today 79p if you buy it on it's own.

:yahoo:

I'm so happy that this is doing well! :D

Ah, so this may become another hit for David. I feel it's weaker than Where Are We Now, and the video could be better. But with this bad market, it could go top 20!
I would honestly buy Mirrors if it didn't have the three minutes at the end. I'm sure if he released a radio edit he'd get far more sales!
Ah okay. I almost guessed right. Capital must be torture to listen to, but I like Choice. Did they play The Thing by Atumpan? They always play that on Choice, it was one of my favourite songs last summer.

Yeah they played it once, that song cracks me up. "Small girl, you don't know the ting. I am teaching you the ting, you are playing with the ting"

The 3 minutes are PERFECT, and cut them out if you don't like it... what's the problem? you get more at the same price... I don't get it. Sorry.

but the Live Version... IT'S GREAT and only 5:32 minutes.

Agree. It's too long a song for me to download but if there was a radio edit I would. Hopefully one will just be added soon. :)

It would be nice if Justin released a radio edit, as it would help his sales. Having said that I much prefer the 8 minute version - despite being 8 minutes it doesn't drag on for me. It's a lot better than the shorter "Suit & Tie" which featured Jay-Z! In theory I should prefer a song with Justin and Jay than one with just Justin but "Mirrors" is my personal favourite.

Maybe it's because I'm used to songs of that length, I'm a big fan of electronic dance music and a lot of dance songs are over 5 minutes. It's refreshing that Justin doesn't have to make a standard 4 minute tune to get a hit.
