Nelly is a long way behind the top 10, I think Nicole is more likely to be knocked out by Peter Kay than him. Oh dear at her slip though, I think my original prediction of #5 behind Justin/Bruno/P!nk/Bastille could still be correct.

Peter Kay has a new single out?

EDIT - should learn to read the new release schedule :drama:

Nicole falling at a comical rate. :drama:

She's obviously making way for The Saturdays next week, she's just so lovely that she wants to let them slay for a bit before she really does come back like a boomerang ~ :coffee:

Looking forward to Duke Dumont's release and Rudimental's new song! Both such tunes!

"Boomerang" is looking likely to have a chart run of something like 5-22-39-50-74-OUT.
I doubt that Boomerang will even spend three weeks in the Top 40 to be honest. It really is falling down the charts quite fast now.

The world spit me out and now we're spinning around, lost in a free fall

Forever going down, and breakin' through the ground

When I thought I reached the end, I start to fall again

Nicole seld-prophesised this!! Just wait til she comes swinging back to the top! :magic:

Boomerang should be made 59p asap to stop it falling too much (however that didnt help Amelia) not too fussed about the song anyway.

For once this would be an appropriate use of falling at a "comical rate"!
LMAO, I would love it if that Peter Kay song comes out of nowhere to deny the Saturdays a thoroughly undeserved #1.

OMG yes please!

I will actually CRY if bloody Peter Kay of anyone beats The Saturdays  Criminally unfunny, especially the bloody 'songs' he always does Nice enough he's doing something for charity but ughhh.

I'd imagine they are going to go all out - 59p release etc to try an ensure they get a number 1 at all costs.

I hope they fail though; they reek of desperation

Mirrors For 4!!!!!!!!!!!!

That would make my day if Peter Kay beats the Saturdays to the post.
I would seriously be angry if Peter Kay beat The Sats! Anyway, why does everyone think it'll go to #1? Surely it's sales will be spread over two weeks, and even then his last one did quite badly...
I really don't understand why people are thinking that Peter Kay is going to #1 when his last song didn't even reach the Top 10?!

Mario's 'Let Me Love You' is one song I never thought I'd see high up on iTunes

I was actually on Spotify the other day, and I went to listen to Let Me Love You, and it always annoyed me recently how Ne-Yo's song appeared at the top of the list because it was the most listened to, but Mario's song has already re-overtaken Ne-Yo's now. I guess we know which song is the modern-day classic and which one is the boring generic song that will completely disappear when Capital finally stops playing it.

Bit OT but have people heard MutyaKeishaSiobhan's (original Sugababes) interpretation of Kendrick's 'Swimming Pools'?

Having heard how fresh it sounds, I wonder if they could actually smash this year.

Swimming Pools instrumental + female vocals basically equals Pour It Up by Rihanna. I sounds great though, I love the chorus.

Me too! We need more songs like these in the charts (and less Boomerang). To be fair to Nicole though, she never really stands a chance with so little radio airplay. That's the primary reason behind most fast-fallers in the charts.

TBH, P!nk is gonna snatch that #1 from the Sats :smoke:
