It's not at all surprising that Buble's new single is doing this well. With it being the first single off his new album and being top 5 on radio airplay plus the fact that he's a massive name of course it was going to chart top 10.

Having said this, I don't think it will outsell Haven't Met You Yet. That song was very big.

What really? It must take quite a lot of people to get it that high. Probably over a hundred.

It's not like what you get in the charts really. People like Ne-Yo, Lady Gaga, Usher, Flo Rida, etc. don't release songs like this.

But I noticed we're getting "proper" dance music getting back in the charts, stuff like Disclosure and Gorgon City. I think when the US R&B singers stop doing dance songs, it'll make room for the purer, less watered-down stuff to get in the charts. It'll be great if this goes #1.

Reading this reminded me of Kelis and her Flesh Tone album. Honestly, I think it was one of the only * really good* and 'pure' dance album from a R&B/Pop girl.

I used to love 4th July (fireworks) , more so than Accapella.

Kelis at least has the honour of being on the best Calvin Harris single from his current album (unless Calvin releases the Dizzee collab, in which case that will be the best one ).
We should be expecting Imagine Dragons "It's Time" to go top 40 sometime tomorrow - as its on the album. I think it'll be their first top 20 single.

Duke Dumont Top version Up one To Number 2 can this knock PJ And Duncan off the big top 40 number one

I think that we're all forgetting about a certain song.

'4th of July' and 'Brave' were definitely my favourites singles from 'Fleshtone' Really liked 'Acapella' too - I wasn't too bothered on 'Scream' however.

This will always be Kelis' best track...

(Prepare yourselves)

Oh god, this reminded me how much I love this tune !

What an album "Flesh tone" was though, I had it on repeat for MONTHS.

All of this Kelis talk. I must be in the wrong thread

Anyway, Duke is #03 combined, behind P!nk and PJ/Duncan. Gonna be an interesting week.

Does anyone know what the record fall from number 1 is?

1-20

For both McFly and Elvis.

Can't see Rhumble beating that.

Does anyone know what the record fall from number 1 is?

I think it's the One Night reissue by Elvis Presley, which fell to #20 if I'm correct.

McFly's Baby's Coming Back fell to #19 as well.

Or maybe we could go with what T Boy said. :P

I think it might stick around you know. Kind of similar to how Mysterious Girl went back to #01 after Peter Andre was on I'm A Celeb.
It's definitely not going to have a huge fall this week. I mean, it's been the 2nd biggest song today, on what is perhaps the biggest sales day of the week? That alone might have already booked a place in next week's top 10, irrespective of what it sells the rest of the week.
