December 27, 201311 yr Ohh dear, can't see this being successful at all. I've only heard of A1 and Eternal. It clearly shows they had no one else to agree if they had to make their own group including members who were never even part of a boyband!
December 27, 201311 yr Aren't Girl Thing the one that Kian Egan's wife was in before Wonderland? Eternal <3 No idea who the rest bar A1 are though...
December 27, 201311 yr I heard S Club 7 had signed up and was REALLY looking forward to it, Balls. No Louise for Eternal though? What's the point?
December 27, 201311 yr Aren't Girl Thing the one that Kian Egan's wife was in before Wonderland? Eternal <3 No idea who the rest bar A1 are though... Yeah they are. They would have been better reuniting Wonderland, they actually had a top 10 album. I think since All Saints are reuniting they should have filmed them for this, but I guess since they are already doing a tour they don't want to use them. I am sure they would have wanted S Club 7, but with La Stevens being pregnant she would not be that interested, and S Club without Rachel aint worth seeing. If there is a 2015 series and The Saturdays are no more, I am sure they would try and reunite S Club Juniors. Aaron would love getting on tv and not just as backing dancer, people would actually want to talk to him
December 27, 201311 yr So a quick Wiki shows be that Girl Thing released 2 singles before their album was cancelled in the UK. 3T are also brothers (sons of Tito Jackson) who have never actually split up (as they're brothers obv). Big Reunion pulling out all the stops for 2014!
December 27, 201311 yr Wow, no wonder they milked the first series if this is all they've got for 2014!
December 27, 201311 yr I'm actually a little (only a little though) excited. A1 (will they be a 4-piece again? Or sticking to being a 3-piece?) and Eternal are definitely the big draws for me, but hey, if 'Angel Of Mine' can get a nice boost from it, then BOO YAH! <3
December 27, 201311 yr A1!!! They were my favourite when they were going, hope they get some good success with this, I also hope they do it as the whole group not just the three of them. I saw them live twice at a couple of mini festival shows but never just on their own so I hope they do their own tour off this
December 27, 201311 yr Yeah the line-up is shit, I used to really like A1, and I kinda liked Eternal but I never took that much notice of them. Girl Thing, 3T and Damage are a bit shit. As for the super group none of them can sing really but it might work out ok.. Hmm.
December 27, 201311 yr Wow, terrible! Don't think I'll bother with the concert although I would quite like to see A1 but they'll obviously only perform their big UK hits and not their great recent singles. Eternal are the only other act worth caring about there. Imo all of their best singles aside from Stay didn't feature Louise so I'm not bothered about her absence. Ha at the made up manband :/ The lack of S Club 7 and East 17 is a shame too as they have interesting stories to tell at least. No doubt we'll all be glued to the screen watching Girl Thing. They had ONE (minor) hit!
December 27, 201311 yr I loved that one, minor, Girl Thing hit! Although it's clearly not been a bumper year for ITV. I suppose no one from season 1 has really made a successful comeback so people will probably wanting to see how they go before committing to this.
December 27, 201311 yr Eternal & A1 <3 so glad they're appearing! SCREAMING at Girl Thing. 'Last one standing' is truly a pop gem! least it'll get at least another 100 sales. The made up boyband is the worst thing ever. I cannot. Edited December 27, 201311 yr by Alex!
December 27, 201311 yr What a God-awful line-up. Hopefully when the ratings are really low they'll desperately throw anything at S Club 7 to get them to join halfway through (a la Blue last year). Edited December 27, 201311 yr by Danny
December 27, 201311 yr Kenzie, Adam Rickitt, Dane Bowers in the same line-up? KILL ME NOW. It would be better then that torture.
December 27, 201311 yr A1 and Eternal are something, I guess... 3T appear to have had more hits in the UK than pretty much anywhere else according to Wikipedia, even if I've never heard of them, that's something! Girl Thing and Damage? Uhhm... Looking forward to the Gareth Gates/Dane Bowers/other irrelevant bitches boyband though!
December 27, 201311 yr I'm so glad Eternal are back. I've waited so long for this. Also a huge part of their success was without Louise, so she does not have to come back to make it an Eternal reunion. I just want to hear the real version of their breakup. Also I loved 'Ghetto Romance' by Damage. And 'So What If I'. Overall it's not a fantastic lineup but will be definitely worth watching IMO.
