I realise the point is moot now, but as a pedant I can't resist pointing out that 'Sunday Bloody Sunday' didn't actually chart, as it was never released as a single in the UK. And 'Nelson Mandela' isn't actually called 'Free Nelson Mandela' although a lot of people know it as such (my brother once heard a member of The Special AKA call it that) - I believe it was retitled to avoid boycotts by radio stations and retailers.

Well there's a far more positive 'death effect' track that will quite likely be hitting the charts in the next few years.

Donate the proceeds to an African AIDS charity or something and you'd probably be looking at a no.1.

This is AMAZING. Fandango's theme is gonna make the top 10, isn't it? British (majority) crowds at events like Raw are ALWAYS the best <3

There's far too many things going on in the charts lately.

Chris Brown, Ariana Grande, Nelly and Michael Buble all releasing OA/OS, PJ and Duncan going to #1 after one TV performance, this song about Margaret Thatcher, a song from WWE, multiple versions of seemingly everything, the likes of Ridin' Solo and Best Thing I Never Had just outside the top 40....

Fandango's entrance theme deserves to be where Ding Dong! The Witch Is Dead is at least. His song and campaign is all about having a laugh and light hearted fun unlike the other song.

2 Judy Garland (Et Al.) - Ding-Dong! the Witch Is Dead 0.9977

Oh here we go then, should be #1 any minute now!

Thankfully that won't gain enough momentum to make the #1 officially - far too large gap in sales between it and Need U.

Oh here we go then, should be #1 any minute now!

That's a bit of a jump compared to it's progress earlier today.

It's not even as if Duke Dumont has taken a hit, looking at the

Some great songs at 59p right now - 'Yeah!', 'Ignition', 'Better Together', 'Dry Your Eyes', 'Smooth Criminal', 'DARE', 'The Real Slim Shady' and 'Learn To Fly' Who'd have thought Eamon would ever see the iTunes top 100 again even at 59p though?

The inevtable has happened!

Ding Dong! The Witch Is Dead is  #1

but more importantly Fandango's Theme tune is  #11

Surely this must be the first time ever that the iTunes number 1 is less than a minute long?
124. Love Sex Magic (feat. Justin Timberlake) - Ciara

Ciara back in the top 200 on iTunes! :cheer:

Would be hilarious if it got to number one but it won't make it! Reckon it'll be number 2 though.

Good lord, it's reached number-one. Here was me thinking it'd run out of steam already.

01 (1.0677) Duke Dumont

02 (1.0000) Judy Garland

03 (0.9065) Pink

04 (0.7037) Nelly

05 (0.6893) Pitbull

06 (0.6608) Bastille

Here's hoping Duke Dumont can hold on to the #1!

How are the music channels going to get around this one? :D

When they count down the top 10 singles on MTV Hits, Chart Show TV etc next week, will they just leapfrog 'Ding Dong! The Witch Is Dead' or would they actually show the scene from The Wizard Of Oz?
