May 22, 201312 yr Yeah Uzma will go. :( She's going to be brought back and it's rare for someone to survive three boardrooms in the first four weeks.

May 22, 201312 yr FIGHT FOR YO CROWN UZMA <33 Kurt is a fine specimen of a man (but that aside did make some awful decisions). Neil was just a bad leader - to go please!
May 22, 201312 yr Such a shame Uzma was fired (if only Alan gave her another chance ). :( Neil is so arrogant, and deserved to go.
May 22, 201312 yr Why shouldn't Uzma have been fired? She was quite literally a pain in the arse to work with and she didn't contribute much.
May 22, 201312 yr Why shouldn't Uzma have been fired? She was quite literally a pain in the arse to work with and she didn't contribute much. I wouldn't say she was a pain in the arse... She fought for her corner. She wasn't the reason for the downfall of this week's task, it was just a lack of contribution, and the fact that she had been in the boardroom twice before that played against her.

Definitely agree with this. She wasn't at her best in the shop clearly, and it was an easy scapegoat for Neil to pass off blame in case his vendetta against Kurt didn't work out. If those two continue having a rivalry it could be quite fun admittedly. But Neil is awful and I really, really hope he gets some sort of karmic justice soon. Uzma has been one of the highlights of the series so far so I am sorry to see her go. I was having a difficult time working out whether I liked her for her outrageousness or her likeability but the latter really shone through this week. Possibly not the best business sense but she was great to watch.
May 23, 201312 yr I thought she was a pain in the arse because she kept getting defensive when people asked her to do something for the team. She also didn't want to cooperate in terms of publicising the farm shop (saying out loud that it was embarrassing). No matter whether you like Neil or not, he was the team leader and someone who kept questioning his decisions would never go down well.

Yeah, I must say I didn't initially take to Uzma, but last night I felt really sorry for her, and just as she got fired, she was growing on me.
May 23, 201312 yr Author Neil was awful last night. Unforgivable that he was fired over poor, brave Uzma! Although she was fired for the same reasons that I was pleased Sophie was fired last week, so I guess all's fair eventually. Endeavour finally being knocked down a few pegs was great - although we all know the highlight was Sugz's constant putdowns directed towards Jordan. What he said to Luisa as they were announced winners was a bit out of order though I felt - he could've saved that for next week.
May 29, 201312 yr Absolutely the correct decision tonight! He was just a mess in general really. Talked the talk, but really couldn't walk the walk! Can't believe he chose Natalie and Leah to take back into the boardroom. Natalie, yeah she didn't do a lot, but I do feel she tried (just not hard enough). Leah was 100% correct all through today. Standing up to him and he really didn't like it. He was arrogant and a chauvinistic pig, good riddance tbh. Natalie was ridiculously hot today! I got major Jennifer Carpenter vibes from her
May 29, 201312 yr The right one went last night, sexist arrogant twat. All that stuff about living in Dubai for 5 years and knowing the area inside out, unreal I lived 22 years in London and know about 1% of the city inside out. Snake oil salesman
May 29, 201312 yr SO glad that Zee was fired. He was probably the worst contestant out of all of them because of how rude, ignorant and sexist he was. When he took Natalie back into the boardroom I was disgusted, but THANK GOD she fought her corner and had a go at him, and I'm so glad Leah helped her to prove that he was nothing but the arrogant pig that he was. I think Natalie and Leah would work well in a sub-team together in the future. I just hope Natalie doesn't end up in the boardroom again, because if she does it's game over for her. :( Natalie to win :kink:
May 29, 201312 yr Author Praise the lord for a bit of sense from the Sugz last night! It was absolutely unbelievable that Zee brought back Leah and Natalie - he even said himself on You're Fired that he didn't want to bring back Kurt/Neil because he knew they'd be fired, proving his own sexism. One of my least favourite Apprentice candidates even, and that's even with Neil in the same series as him! Leah has to win PLEASE. Neil-Kurt-Myles firings next please.
May 29, 201312 yr The show lost nearly 900,000 viewers because of the switch to Tuesday night, and the clash with Britain's Got Talent/Corrie. Dropped to 5.36m (21.0%), while BGT got 8.66m (36.5%).
June 5, 201312 yr Almost caught up with this at LONG last. Just missing out on last weeks. This serious as been pretty bloody magnificent thus far! Rebecca irritates and amuses me in equal doses.
