Ah, the beige continues. Wasn't a fan of Red at the time, and that hasn't changed.

LOVE 'Red'. Great to see it back, glad people were right about this being a potential re-entry if it got performed on one of the talent shows.

Ouch at Sub Focus' drop but it's done rather well to say R1 have barely supported it and they usually love Sub Focus... I don't get why either, it's possibly the 2nd best song this era after 'Falling Down'! :(

But they played the even older White Noise and Mirrors...

And your siggie is a bit pre-watershed ;)

Skipping songs means they will have plenty of time fr that 'lovely' competition later!!!

Duke Dumont isn't even recent though, it's bloody tiring now and quite frankly I'm sick of hearing it.

Back on actual topic, I love Red and I'm glad it's back in the Top 40!

What happened to Daniel Merriweather? What is he doing nowadays?

3 Weeks top 40 is all i can hope for for a subfocus track these days even with capitals late support!!

And herein lies the problem. There's nothing he's released in the last 18 months that matches the brilliance of Splash or Rock It. Tidal Wave wasn't bad though.

"Endorphins" does not deserve to plummet down the chart that fast.

But compared to White Noise, Ho Hey and the like it is very recent. If they had to skip something I would prefer it to be a song that's been in the charts for a long time.

Album Discussion Here

Red  Such a beautiful record.

The Moto Blanco remix of "Red" is great

But compared to White Noise, Ho Hey and the like it is very recent. If they had to skip something I would prefer it to be a song that's been in the charts for a long time.

But at least you get used to the song after a while, I can't listen to Waiting All Night at the moment for the same reason.

So, predictions on the sales for the top 3 today?

I think 180k, 102k, 80k.....!

And herein lies the problem. There's nothing he's released in the last 18 months that matches the brilliance of Splash or Rock It. Tidal Wave wasn't bad though.

I disagree, 'Out The Blue' and 'Tidal Wave' were not quite up to his usual standards but this and 'Falling Down' very much are. I doubt he'll ever top 'Rock It' though

Red sounds amazing still by the way!!

Just love 'Red' and my prediction about it bound to becoming a hit again were right!! It's such a great song to sing to.

I think we'll see this returning again and again to be honest.

So, predictions on the sales for the top 3 today?

I think 145k, 102k, 80k.....!

If I remember well the number 1 was already selling 139k on Friday, so it must be higher than 145k ;)
