Jaystin need to get into the top 10! I really do think it'll be huge ('Empire State of Mind' sort of huge too!). Not surprised to see the three big collabs are the ones that are cherry picked the most (no 'Bbc' in the top 100 is a little bit surprising). 'Tom Ford' is a big hit in the waiting also, but I can't see it being as big as 'Holy Grail' has potential to be (although it'll clearly be big).

Amazing to see 'Tunnel Vision' finally make some sort of progress. When will the non-explicit version of the video premiere for TV channels? It needs to hurry and help the momentum!

Holy Grail will probably be the biggest radio hit and sell the most, but Tom Ford I think will probably be bigger with my age group and be a club hit like Niggas in Paris (even if it doesn't get released as a single). I haven't heard Tom Ford anywhere yet, but it seems like the sort of song everybody would like. But it'll probably do in the charts like On to the Next One at best. It doesn't have a very wide appeal.

If Tinie's new single does well, they should release the Rick Ross collab (which I can't spell ), since that's quite similar to it.

Tunnel Vision is amazing, it needs to get top 40 soon. I thought it might not sell well, since although I always liked it, I never found the song very catchy, but after seeing the music video I had it stuck in my head endlessly, so hopefully that happens to other people too.

I can see 'Tom Ford' doing about as well as 'Can't Hold Us' by Macklemore, if I'm honest. It'll be a lot bigger than it would appear, if that makes sense. So there's a very good chance it'd definitely be a hit, I reckon.

I agree completely on 'Tunnel Vision', also. It's been a highlight from the album for me, since the first time I heard it and the fact it's JusKing, I obviously want it to smash. It did cross my mind as to which songs he could make work as singles though, because the album is that (bar 'Mirrors' - which is clear as to why it was a single), an album. It's so coherent and cohesive, there's not much single potential. It all flows so well well listened to together. I think he's made the right choice though. (I think it'd have been between this, 'Pusher Love Girl' or 'Let the Groove Get In'.)

*cough* Don't Hold The Wall

There's a lot of buzz surrounding 'Wake Me Up', I really do think it could open with possibly 170k next week. Getting more convinced by the day that its total sales will completely overshadow the 2013 sales of 'ICBTO'.

Indeed, i think its being released at just the right time after 3 weeks of promo here and not 7/8 weeks. Lets hope that means its sales will stay high for more than 6 or 7 days!!

Anyone know when the Black Skinhead video will be out? According to his twitter theres a problem with it....

This!!! Sweater Weather was just #1 on Alternative radio in the US and now is crossing over to Pop there (currently at #43 and it hasn't had an adds date). It needs to take off within the next month and then smash in August over here. :w00t:

If it smashed I'd be so happy, Sweater Weather is easily in my T20 songs of all time.

Iggy's so going to be #11 this week based on that, isn't she?

Bugger.

Ugh whatever :(

Do you think it might still climb to the top 10 in the next week(s) somehow? :/

Because that's working so well for 'Tunnel Vision'... This isn't exactly a recent phenomenon anyway.
@guardianmusic: Justin Timberlake and Robin Thicke's sexually explicit videos are a very modern way to boost record sales figures http://t.co/yNE4a0bpda

Unfortunately for Timberlake, the video hasn't done much as Tunnel Vision is flopping at #58 on iTunes. Poor single choice, he should've released Pusher Love Girl

#58's good! It was #98 or something yesterday or the day before. So it's finally making progress. I can still see this hitting top 40 (top 20, is probably a bit too optimistic now, but I think it'll sell well).
Well Blurred Lines has sealed itself another week at no.1. Thicke sounds really good on this morning earlier with his extra solo bits that he doesn't do in the actual song.

Gutted that Iggy Azalea hasn't made any more progress with "Bounce", but for a female rapper she's done pretty well with her first two singles; let's just hope the interest is still there for "Change Your Life (feat. T.I.)" [single #3] and the album.

Lawson on the fall, who would've thought it? Hopefully a #4 debut in the midweeks will become a #8/9 placing by the end of the week; it's going to fall out of the T10 next week anyway so it'll be less embarrassing.

will.i.am needs to hurry up and release the Leah McFall version of "Bang Bang", I reckon that once word spreads of it; it could well give the track another boost; and it's already doing pretty well (sale wise + peak wise).

Broken hearted will peak at 7 I think. They have physicals dont they so they wont drop too much officially.

Edited by Rob Summers

Apparently if Lawson go to #1 they will go naked  In other words, they know they're not going to #1.

Like Olly Murs with Please Don't Let Me Go. Except that did end up beating Katy Perry and going to #1... :kink:
