Oh please. Gina was not bullying Hazel, she was playing the victim and it failed.

Gina annoying me to no end recently. Sure, Hazel could have handled it better, but if I were in her place I would have done the same. Gina constantly going on about Hazel, slagging her off ect is just not funny anymore, it's really grating for me. I wish she would shut up about her already and just move on.

I never said she was, but the fact is it hasn't completely failed. There is a lot of people on Hazel's side of this now and although she will go tomorrow night, I think Gina has lost some fans because of this.

Well, my mum has pretty much gone off Gina today, especially after seeing her call Hazel a skank/homewrecker ect in that arguement shown on BBOTS. She was saying a few days ago that she would love Gina to win and now she dislikes her. I think a lot of people are going to change their minds about Gina when that's shown. Not necessarily taking Hazel's side or anything though.

 

P.S: I use my mum as a way to judge how the nation feels. She's gotten every eviction right so far :lol:

I think both come off quite bad when they go head-to-head. It's an intense environment where BB are manipulating a lot of things. I'm really annoyed at how staged a lot of it is. On Channel 4 the tension and fights usually just occurred naturally. Now there seems to be deliberate ploys to create fights and it's a bad move because it feels like gutter entertainment. I'm not sure if I'll watch it again after this year as it makes for a lot of uncomfortable viewing. And the editing really has gone down the tubes. You can blatantly tell when Gina or Hazel or even Sophie get stitched up in the way things are edited together and how they focus on someone's negative traits. I dunno, maybe I'm just a traditional BB-ist and major softie.

Thing is, homewrecker is a fair enough comment after what she has done! Hazel insulted her more personally with her looks, never took the task seriously - and Gina gave them ALL shocks, its not her being singled out at all!

It's more to do with the fact that people aren't expecting that from Gina. We all know Gina has complained about people/said things behind their back, but never really been malicious or nasty. My mum said that she didn't realise Gina could be so nasty after her fight with Hazel and was quite shocked. I think homewrecker was a fair enough comment, but calling her a skank/whore and shouting over Hazel was a bit too much. My mum was not happy at all when Gina resorted to calling her those words lmao.

Hazel said far worse about her, she got as good as she gave really.

Hazel was equally as bad especially with the make up comment, Gina's explained how insecure she feels regarding her skin (it is quite horrific tbf)

I understand Hazel is doing exactly the same, but everyone already hates her :lol:

 

The main thing I was trying to get at was that people might not expect Gina to be like that, as she hasn't been as nasty as she was in that arguement before. The edits aren't doing her any favours either.

But it hasn't been seen in ages/most people have probably forgotten (considering my mum is getting old! :lol: ) I think it's more to do with the way the show is edited though. They really didn't need to show Gina complaining about Hazel over and over and over again the last few weeks. They would randomly add in sections of Gina doing it in some episodes when it really wasn't need lmao. And the show tonight didn't do Gina any favours imo. But, I guess we'll see soon enough. :)

SHE'S NOT A HOMEWRECKER. I wish people would learn how to use that word. She didn't RIDE Daley against his will. She RESPONDED to HIS flirting. Was she wrong to do so? Yes. But is she to blame for the breakup of a relationship that Daley clearly didn't value and went out of his way to ruin? Certainly not. Would you be calling your best friend/sister/mother a homewrecker if she responded to a guy's advances? Would you be blaming your best friend/sister/mother after they've basically just been threatened/assaulted by said guy and stating "she deserved it"? I highly doubt it. The public seems to think they're paragons of chastity and believe they have moral uprighteousness (does that even make sense? idk).

I agree with this! It's just infuriating when, yes Hazel was just as bad in the situation as Daley, but she's definitely come out of it worse than him and I don't see the logic at all. He was a weak man. If he really loved Katie, he wouldn't have instigated or started anything with Hazel and he wouldn't have been changing his relationship status with her whenever his mood saw fit. He attacked Hazel physically too, so tbh, if him and Katie are no longer together, I think she's better off without him.

 

Anywayyyy...

 

Tonight's episode left me feeling confused about both Gina and Hazel. I've not seen this argument that was shown on BOTS (I'm sure it'll be in tomorrows episode?), but Hazel was such a sore, team player tonight and Gina and Charlie were just having fun with the button to begin with, until she was the one moaning. But they were all being shocked, not just her so she should have just got on with it and not moaned any more. The muttering under her breath/throwing comments etc towards Gina, I don't care about. It's just what happens with women. They fight, they argue, they bitch etc.. But I do think Gina handled it completely wrong and definitely abused her powers a little. I did kind of come out of that episode feeling bad for Hazel, but then again she wasn't really taking part in the task to her fullest, so deserved the "stings" that she (and the other housemates) got and Gina wasn't happy with how she treated the task.

 

A few things I have decided though, I still think Dexter's sly and I still can't trust him. The twins are pretty damn awful now and Sophie, is actually a sly, little bit of a bitch herself (and not in a good way either).

They are both quite bad in the argument but Hazel will come off worse obviously, Gina won't win anyways so it not going to harm her too much

Like Jack said, why is this side of Gina a shock? She was like this in arguments with Sallie and Jemima. It's one of the main reasons I love her because her putdowns are so well timed. DIRTY. ASS. SKANK.

They've had another argument this morning, Gina said she wouldn't move out of the mirror when blow drying her hair for Hazel. Why did this escalate further? Hazel said 'have you looked at yourself?', yet another dig at appearance from the self-loving Hazel, she doesn't half rate herself, does she?
