August 29, 201311 yr Well at least he's up (and will hopefully go tomorrow). LOVING Bruce, Sophie and Mario's reasons for nominating Lauren *.* You hate Lauren?! Wow you never said :o

August 29, 201311 yr Author It's *.* that people nominated her for her being elderly and needing a lot of attention!? Or did i miss hear some of their reasons... Did you miss hear or mishear? Wondered how long it would take for Lauren to pull the "somebody doesn't like me because I'm transgender" card. Obviously we don't see everything, but we've never seen Ron show any sort of discomfort with her because she's transgender, and I doubt he feels that way. :/
August 29, 201311 yr Aww, disappointed with Courtney nominating Charlotte, another one who I thought was like 'partners' with Charlotte. Still love them both though, wasn't really a nasty reason, she is the easiest housemate to nominate, but still :(
August 29, 201311 yr Well at least he's up (and will hopefully go tomorrow). LOVING Bruce, Sophie and Mario's reasons for nominating Lauren *.* Ron out yes but no to Lauren. She CAN'T go. She's a Goddess ^_^ Edited August 29, 201311 yr by Daniel Bryan
August 29, 201311 yr God some awful reasons for nominations there! They should do what the Australian version does, if they can't give a valid reason then they get a nomination (well, Aussie BB uses points) put against them instead. I have a feeling Charlotte and Lauren could sabotage themselves with their nomination reactions... In regards to winning that is.
August 29, 201311 yr I feel disappointed in Carol calling Charlotte 'just a Geordie slag', I think it's really harsh on her. I don't have a problem with people disliking Charlotte in there, she must be really difficult to get along with, but Charlotte really hasn't had a nasty word to say about anyone in there and seemingly Carol said this after Charlotte cried from being put up for eviction? Carol's coming across really unnecessarily hateful, it's a shame because I loved her to begin with, but she's becoming quite nasty. :(
August 29, 201311 yr Author Carol just has very little time for people who go out of their way to attention-seek, and it's obviously what Charlotte's doing. I mean, it's alright being disappointed with being put up for eviction, but crying about it? Can definitely see why Carol's getting really pissed off with her. She must be an utter nightmare, all the unnecessary drama.

I don't know why Channel 5 is really relaxed in the nominations. I remember on Channel 4, their nominations weren't valid until they gave a proper reasons.
August 29, 201311 yr It's just not nice, Charlotte is only a young girl who wants to be liked, that's clearer than anything. If somebody is crying, then it's common decency to show respect - not to mention, how does crying come down to her being a 'slag'. Crying isn't a slaggy feature. I just think it's completely uncalled for in this situation :(

I just think it's completely uncalled for in this situation :( I'm sure she was talking about in general. She's just fed up of the whole charade every time something happens with Charlotte. It's just boring.
August 29, 201311 yr I just think the way she expressed herself there was nasty. Like I said, others nominated her tonight (Courtney, Dustin etc) but the way they expressed their feelings was in an understandable way - she probably is a nightmare to live with. But in the situation of somebody crying, I think it's really harsh to call someone 'just a Geordie slag'. It's a really narrow minded way of looking at Charlotte aswell, she's barely bitched about anyone in there and has been very nice to Carol - so for Carol to speak about her in such a nasty way, makes me disappointed.
August 29, 201311 yr Charlotte doesn't harm anyone, showing irritation in regards to her is fine because she must be a bit loud and annoyig but Carol is downright nasty. Gone right off her, she's going down the Jackie Travers route after being a fave of mine, only she's had a steeper fall. Sophie was awful tonight too, trying to push Courtney away from comforting Charlotte just because she was :/ Horribly condescending.
August 29, 201311 yr I'm probably one of Charlotte's least big supporters but Carol was slightly off hand there. Even with her telling Sophie to "stop pretending she's caring" because surely anyone would support someone that's helping another in TEARS. I do still really like Carol but if she keeps on the way she is, she might scarper her chances of doing well in this which would be a shame. Did you miss hear or mishear? Mishear. Definitely mishear. You didn't reply to my actual post though :(
August 29, 201311 yr Author It's probably just too easy for Carol to see through the whole "omg I'll cry and get some sympathy". Don't really blame Carol for what she said. If she's talking from a general viewpoint, then I think she has every right to, considering Charlotte seems to have done nothing but declare she continually has sex on TV, pisses herself, shits herself, and wants to get pissed. Slag, she is. Inevitable that as soon as Carol started speaking her mind, people would go off her. :drama:
August 29, 201311 yr Sophie has annoyed me so much the past few nights oh my gosh. Charlotte currently my favourite, loved her description in the diary room of what it felt like to be nominated.
August 29, 201311 yr The nom bomb on BOTS had Louie, Lauren and Sophie up, hopefully an indication for Louie to go but haters mean nothing with vote to save. It's probably just too easy for Carol to see through the whole "omg I'll cry and get some sympathy". Don't really blame Carol for what she said. Slag, she is. Inevitable that as soon as Carol started speaking her mind, people would go off her. :drama: She's spoken her mind before without being a royal c**t to a perfectly nice young girl... That's what I object to,not her not liking Charlotte's actions because I'm not deluded enough to think everyone will like her like I do. Carol could have gone about it in a much better way.
August 29, 201311 yr Author She's spoken her mind before without being a royal c**t to a perfectly nice young girl... Suddenly she's a cunt for saying that she thinks Charlotte is a slag? :drama: Is it not perfectly justified considering what Charlotte's said about herself ever since she's come in the house, and it seems to be a broken record now. She's not really showed any disappointment in herself for doing anything she's done (i.e. the bed-wetting), she's just made a whole drama out of it, and looked for somebody to come over and care for her, and say it's alright. It just seems really fake... Carol's really just making an observation based on what she's seen. It's certainly not the most offensive thing said on CBB/BB.
August 29, 201311 yr I don't think it's justified at all, her tone and the way she passes it off as fake is nasty imo, it's not needed when Charlotte has been nothing but nice to her. But this argument will just go found like the whole Sallie thing, people are either going to be firmly team Carol or firmly team Charlotte.
August 29, 201311 yr Author Carol's not really declared any love for Charlotte though, so it's not as if she's going against some sort of friendship they may have had going on at any point despite the way Charlotte may have been towards her, and I'm sure she wouldn't shy away from saying it to her face either. I don't particularly think that it was nasty of her, because it really was just an observation about what she's seen and heard from Charlotte's behaviour and attitude.
