the 59p rice will give both Mariah and the Pogues a nice sales boost, i love both songs. I really want Mariah to become a million seller this year and im almost certain it will as it is roughly only 60,000 away. Anyone know what the the next christmas song thats next in line to eventually become a million seller?

Morning update: http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?s...t&p=4517960

59p songs in the top 100:

 14 Afrojack feat. Spree Wilson - The Spark

 36 RY X - Berlin

 48 Rizzle Kicks - Skip To The Good Bit

:left: 52 Dizzee Rascal feat. Teddy Sky - Love This Town

 55 Birdy - Skinny Love

 64 Tracy Chapman - Fast Car

:ne: 65 The Pogues feat. Kirsty MacColl - Fairytale Of New York ***

 88 Rod Stewart - Forever Young

:ne: 96 Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas Is You ***

*** Only one version is 59p, not the other ones that are charting

OneRepublic vs. Alesso - If I Lose Myself is Radio 1's "Track of the Day" and has been announced via their facebook that it is the next UK single! Currently not top 1500, but I'm expecting it to appear at some point today. :D
Is that another instant grat?

Nope, it's a proper single release. Hooray for non-idiocy.

 to #28.

66. Snow In California - Ariana Grande

Yet another Ariana song. Is she quietly copying 'Music Mondays' or something?

Kind of. She's just releasing a new Christmas song every week until Christmas (obvz) I think.

Nice one maybe itll get the fans out too - the last one was instant grat and did poorly! Hopefully r1 will playlist it as the albums out in janurary?

Anyone hear that song 'Glowing' Fearne Cotton played earlier on radio 1 - sort of sounded like the Beatles or Elton John was brillant!!

Leona Lewis "One More Sleep" to #48 & #50. ^_^

Still in the low top 30 combined though! Probably won't be long before the album version overtakes, I'm expecting the single version to plummet when it does though!

I think it'll be better if it does, so just one version rises. It'll rise much quicker then, rather than being split, so then people will see it as it's higher up! :D

Last year "Trouble" was #26 before her X-factor performance (a couple more versions in the 300/400s). Hopefully "One More Sleep" will be able to get up that high or higher and go top 10 after her X-factor performance. She's got a big production for the performance too, so cannot wait! :D

17. You Me At Six- Fresh Start Fever

31. Pharrell Williams- Happy

Where has this boost come from for this?

I forgot how Trouble had such a big boost from X Factor. One More Sleep seems to be in a similar position pre-X Factor, although the boost is gonna be for second week so may not be as much. Could do the same climb into low top 10 though with the lack of new releases!

 55. Chase & Status - Alive (feat. Jacob Banks)

:ne: 109. We Are The In Crowd - The Best Thing (That Never Happened)

 134. John Newman - Losing Sleep

 166. John Legend - All of Me

noticed that John Legend track is #1 on Australia's iTunes by some distance, wonder if it might be a sign of a UK hit also?

Hope Alive is a big hit its 59p so theres a chance itll go top 40 in the new year if radio 1 alist it today!

Kworb combined:

Mariah 0.4382

The Pogues 0.4047

The 59p versions of The Pogues and Mariah are up to 38 and 63 respectively. The Pogues' 59p version should overtake the previous highest version (#33) some time today.
