December 29, 201312 yr Also as there were no new top ten entries to the year, there have been exactly 150 different top ten singles this year (depending on when you count 2013 starting of course, I'm going off my Reshuffle data.
December 29, 201312 yr Hooray for Beyonce getting a new peak, hope it can somehow be a future #1! But I guess it's unlikely with the £12.99 price point. Gutted that Gary Barlow couldn't squeeze past Robbie, deserves to be a #1!
December 29, 201312 yr They always used to last until after Xmas did they not? HLWILY is the first long running CIN hit single since Girls Aloud's I'll Stand By You back in 2004.
December 29, 201312 yr 91k for Robbie, 79k for Gary. So 1D must be very close to overtaking Sande then?

December 29, 201312 yr I don't know why you guys like this Jameela woman. She goes on and on about how amazing Katy Perry is, even though it's the chart show and the presenter isn't supposed to have an opinion, then she acts all indignant when pointed out she doesn't even know how many albums she's released. She's worse than bloody Reggie. I agree with some parts of your posts, but this is a bit too far. It can be annoying when its shoved down our throats, but I'd rather that than a complete robot. Edited December 29, 201312 yr by Father Walrus
December 29, 201312 yr I'm pleased Sam Bailey is still top 4! :D Edited December 29, 201312 yr by Jason
December 29, 201312 yr Oh I didn't know you wrote the rulebook for the chart show :D I think she'd have been told by now if she wasn't allowed to state her own opinion. It's only the last few presenters who have felt it appropriate to say how much they love or hate a record. You'd never have heard Mark Goodier saying anything. It's not appropriate.
December 29, 201312 yr 91k for Robbie, 79k for Gary. So 1D must be very close to overtaking Sande then? Jameela seemed to indicate they hadn't... Looks like decent sales though.
December 29, 201312 yr The single may be too poppy for a Eminem single but the video has some throwbacks.
December 29, 201312 yr It's only the last few presenters who have felt it appropriate to say how much they love or hate a record. You'd never have heard Mark Goodier saying anything. It's not appropriate. It gives the show a bit of personality, I would say. Not really anything wrong with her saying she loves or loathes certain tracks
December 29, 201312 yr HLWILY is the first long running CIN hit single since Girls Aloud's I'll Stand By You back in 2004. Seriously? Pretty impressive always thought the Peter Kay song that did poorly on downloads but did loads of CDs around Xmas was there for ages too!
December 29, 201312 yr No second album chart post again this week, as Bieber's album has shockingly missed the top 40 entirely :o 'The Monster' actually regrowing on me a bit (as is Lily's song).
December 29, 201312 yr Seriously? Pretty impressive always thought the Peter Kay song that did poorly on downloads but did loads of CDs around Xmas was there for ages too! I don't think that was the "official" CIN single for that year though.
