'My Love' is the track of the day on Radio 1 by the way which is why it's now so high. Probably won't sustain this boost, it's definitely in need of being brought forward a bit but they never do that with songs like this :(

 

Hooray for Gorgon City making the top 40. Hope they can get #1 next week but I wouldn't say no to a second week for Clean Bandit.

 

The rest of the top 10 have caught up to 'Wild Heart' now, expect it to start dropping again quite soon. Neon Jungle are still holding up quite well.

Shocked these are both still so high and even climbing! Thought both would disappear very quickly after their respective chat show performances.

 

If Route 94 is on Ministry of Sound there's no chance it'll be brought forward although it does make sense if it's radio 1s record of the day although it should remain top 100!

 

I hope Rather Be gets a 2 weeks stay at the top spot so long as it stays over the 100k mark and if both it & Gorgon City could break the 6 figure barrier it would be even better. Ready for your Love sounds too much like Look Right Through which isn't a bad thing as house is massive at the moment.

 

Good to see James Blunt & Shane staying consistently high, the live tv performance put them there and the radio 2 a listing helps keep them steady!

Thankfully, once record companies have learned that a pre-order is necessary to build up interest, these arguments have almost disappeared.

Hmph, I assumed Katy B was completely over, but I'm guessing it's looking a fairly safe bet to become her first top 3 hit.

 

I thought the song sounded a bit dull when I heard it on Graham Norton before.

'Crying For No Reason' looking set to go top 40 before it's release on Sunday! Excellent. Looking forward to watching her performance on Graham Norton. Also, brilliant to see 'If I Lose Myself' FINALLY gaining some momentum!

This has been in the top 200 for the last couple of days but took a nice leap since Graham Norton. I'd say it's benefiting particularly nicely from the pre-order status/ current unavailability of 'Crying'. Anyway, get those piggyback sales :dance: (and re-peak while you're at it please, cheers)

I hope Katy B gets another top 10 hit. She got so much undeserved hate on here at the beginning of her mainstream career imo.

I think she's liked by the general public, but when Katy On a Mission and Light On were out she got so much hate on this forum! Probably the most I've ever seen for a female artist on this forum (well, until Cher Lloyd and Tulisa got #1s). :lol:

I can't remember she was hated here that much either. She's quite good imo.

The one time she releases a crp song, its a hit. Why couldn't the magnificent 5AM or the one before that become a hit? WHY?!

Eric does have a point. I remember Katy B was generally disliked by Buzzjack around the time of On A Mission/Lights On - but her fanbase has grew and now she's almost universally liked on here.

Crying for no reason is her best song ever for sure... needs to be number 1 by FAR but she will end up in the top 4.

I've always found Katy B pretty inoffensive besides On A Mission which was actually terrible. Never been a fan though, she's just not my thing.
