I so badly want Zedd to miss #1. I don't like songs spending a long time at #1, but at least Rather Be is listenable.

Would love for 'Everything Is Awesome' to become a top 40 hit for both Tegan & Sara and The Lonely Island. I don't think either of them have had one before! :(

Also, that 'Proper Moist' song reminds me of something Eminem/Pro Green would release as one of their sillier, more up tempo tracks. Bleh.

^ I think it's like The Streets or Rizzle Kicks.

93. Justin Bieber - Confident (feat. Chance The Rapper)

Why is this back? :o Chance the Rapper has a new song out called Suitcase with Vic Mensa.

Oh

01. Clean Bandit Feat Jess Glynne - Rather Be 100%

02. Zedd Feat Hayley Williams - Stay The Night 88.5% (climbed up 4.3% in 2 hours - It might go to number one on ITunes, although I can see it peaking at around 94%)

13. Le Youth - Dance With Me (It's still in dark green - 3.4% behind top #10 - I'm sure 'Dance With Me' will overtake 'Proper Moist'. I'm expecting this to stall at around #11 on iTunes.

40. David Guetta Feat Skylar Grey - Shot Me Down

 02. Stay the Night (feat. Hayley Williams) - Zedd

 13. Dance With Me (feat. Dominique Young Unique) - Le Youth

 38. Shot Me Down (feat. Skylar Grey) - David Guetta

Can't believe The Irish Brigade is so high would love to hear this in the top 40 next week!

You do realise it's glorifying terrorists, don't you?

I suspect its momentum will soon fade, though.

Music video got released the other week so it's taking impact now as it'll be getting airplay.

Shot Me Down is #37. Well this is disappointing.

Early days to say, it was just released (and not on a Sunday as normal single releases)

Your opening up a whole can of worms there on Irish politics which i wont go to on this forum!

BTW the new David Gutta track is radio 1s Record of the Day so it could help establish itself more in the top 40 today!

I'm not totally convinced Guetta is as in vogue any more, there's not exactly been a lot of hype around this and it is a bit of a poor rip off of 'Animals'.

Are we finally in the post Guetta & Rihanna chart eras??? :P

I'd say more Guetta and Nicki Minaj, huge in 2012 but I'm also not as convinced she will see mega success again.

Thats true i would say Rihanna will be big again when she returns but it seems Guetta has been overtaken by Calvin Harris & Avicci for some reason & Miley Cyrus is trying to do what Rihanna does by being controversial to achieve prominence!
What are you guys on about? I wouldn't really say David Guetta or Rihanna are over! They've both had big hits in the past year or so. I agree Shot You Down is one of his poorest singles to date, but it seems to be doing ok as it was only released at midnight. Most songs that are released on a Monday normally have a slower climb than those that are released on Sunday. I would think it will reach Top 10 by this evening. It's now at #25.

Clean Bandit for a 4th week at #1 I imagine. Next week will be pretty interesting with Sam Smith, and A Great Big World/Christina, but I think its going to get stuck at #2 (a la Maroon 5  ), just got an aching feeling Pharrell will take back the #1 next week after the Brits are transmitted. :(
