March 23, 201412 yr Such a long chart run for this that not only has this been in for Children in Need, but Sport Relief too!
March 23, 201412 yr Thought last week would be the last for 'How Long Will I Love You' for sure - just about managing to scrape in again! Would like to see it manage a 20th week now but it can go after that.
March 23, 201412 yr 37 00 01 London Grammar Hey Now If You Wait | 2013 http://a3.mzstatic.com/us/r30/Music/v4/17/be/1e/17be1e96-cc7f-d560-7bcb-b734e87d72c6/5051823098250.170x170-75.jpg Chart Run: 37 Release date: 16-03-2014 Format: Digital single Label: Metal & Dust Recordings Sales: 10k+ Video here: nMEHJPuggHQ download track listing 1 Hey Now 2 Hey Now (Arty Remix) 3 Hey Now (Tensnake Remix) 4 Hey Now (Bonobo Remix) 5 Metal & Dust (Studio Recording) Biography English trio London Grammar combined sparse electronic pop in the model of the xx with dramatic, big-voiced lead singer Hannah Reid, whose vocals evoke contemporaries Florence Welch and Natasha Khan of Bat for Lashes. Reid and guitarist Dan Rothman met in the dorms of Nottingham University where they began writing music together in 2009 and later added multi-instrumentalist Dot Major to complete the lineup. The following years saw them refine their sound with atmospheric electronics and subtle percussion and they often played to rooms of no more than ten people. Their popularity rose with the 2012 release of "Hey Now" which they uploaded to the internet and instantly found an online cult following. Their fans were not just in the U.K., but also on the other side of the world in Australia, where their self-released 2013 debut EP Metal & Dust reached the Top 5 of the iTunes chart. The same year they signed to Ministry of Sound and the single "Wasting My Young Years" appeared as the first release on the label. 2013 also saw them play a sold-out show at the Islington Assembly Hall and make an appearance at the Great Escape Festival in Brighton. - iTunes Chart history (Year peak title): 2013 31 Wasting My Young Years -1- 2013 16 Strong -2- 2013 56 Help Me Lose My Mind (Disclosure Feat. March 23, 201412 yr Glad to see that this made the top 40 as it's on NOW 87 so not a complete flop then! Only my second listen of this, but the vocals are stunning just like on Strong. ^_^ Edited March 23, 201412 yr by Jade

March 23, 201412 yr Yay! London Grammar getting their 3rd top 40 hit! I see they're playing the original version, instead of the (inferior) remix that helped to get it this high.

March 23, 201412 yr I was afraid this missed out because I didn't think it'd be any higher than #38 for some reason. Great that they have a third top 40 hit :D.
