The Saturdays - Not Giving Up

Justin Timberlake - Not a Bad Thing

Lily Allen - Our Time

All have been added to the new iTunes advertised 59p batch (it's been absent for a couple of months). I'm hoping all can climb a fair bit.

Weren't the Saturdays already flogging a dead horse selling at 59p. What are they doing now, paying US 59p to download it.

Still not worth it btw. 10MB of horrifically wasted/massacred space. :(

So it's basically like this Top 5 hit from Christmas 1999 then? AKA Ricardo Autobahn. I've posted him on here before I think.

god i love this song <3 classic.

'Not Giving Up' is rivaling 'Dark Horse' for most apt single title of recent memory :D.

I think The Saturdays should name their next single "Please Do" just so their discography can look like this:

Not Giving Up

Please Do

148. Ella Henderson - Ghost

Could be big!

 49. Summer - Calvin Harris

Looks like this could go top 40 (again) before release. I think it's actually done better than 'Under Control' did on pre-orders, hopefully it will beat the first week sales of that.

On a completely unrelated note, given that the pre-order for Coldplay's album is still priced at £8.99 for 9 tracks (meaning it's actually 8p cheaper to just download all the songs individually), I wonder if that means all the album tracks will do really well on the album's release week? I suppose the incentive for the extra 8p is the digital booklet :P

I believe the lead single for their Greatest Hits is provisionally titled 'LOL We Lied XOXO'

Justin top 40 :yahoo:

Brilliant to see Ella is top 200 already! :o

The Lily Allen campaign really is a mess. Sheezus is great though.

Why does she keep dropping songs and videos while another is being promoted? I still think Hard Out Here could have done better if she'd waited for SOWK to die off.

The album only has nine songs ? They really need to sort out the pricing to disincentivise mass cherry-picking and prevent the loss of album sales.

She mentioned in an interview that she's trying to put out songs that "counter" each other.

Essentially, for every public pleasing SWOK there's a polarising Hard Out There seems to be her logic.

I think she probably wanted to use the hype she had at the time to release her lead single, but I agree maybe it would have been better to wait until January. Some people like the Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna, David Guetta have managed to have two big hits out at the same time before, so it works sometimes.

129. Ella Henderson - Ghost

It sounds amazing. I hope it will be No.1!!!

Why did I have a feeling you'd like it? (And that's not a good thing :P I listened to it and honestly I don't think I can even ironically like it, but obviously it's for a great cause etc.)

I wouldn't say I like it, but it's incredibly catchy and instant

There's not much out the next month or so to note right now apart from Calvin and Rita's tracks so I definitely think she'd be a good shout for no.1 especially with a BGT performance.

I'm expecting Calvin, Rita, Sam Smith and SecondCity to all be #1 in the next few weeks. Rumours are that Cheryl is releasing her new single on the same date as Ella, I wonder if that will actually happen.

Oh wow :o  great track on first listen, I never expected that from Ella, its like a Kelly Clarkson track in places has got a nice rock feel to it.
