Yeh, that's what I meant, I don't think she could pick either of them to be the power housemate.

I didn't actually mind Toya nominating Christopher, but now she's gone to the effort of apologising to him, hugging him like "aww, I don't want you to go", it's such a huge slap in the face for Christopher that Toya has picked him of everyone to be up for nomination.

Unless she REALLY couldn't think of anyone else...

I seriously cannot with Toya anymore. When she is up, she is so gone.

Pauline's reaction after she heard her name was so bitter, GOOD RIDDANCE. Thank god she's gone. I liked Ashleigh in tonight's episode, definitely speaking sense and able to view things objectively.

Can they just stop giving alcohol to the housemates? I know it's causing drama, but I actually think Helen herself would cringe at some of the stuff she says once she's got alcohol. She actually showed self awareness last night when she was doing the "salon" thing with Mark and she recognised she kept judging people too wrong and was coming across badly. Then they give her alcohol and it's back to square one.

Why ARE they getting so much alcohol anyway? It's literally like every day, which is really not how Big Brother is meant to be at all.

Ashleigh's 'Aye. Good' in reaction to Helen getting chants was GLORIOUS. I was starting to completely give up on her developing a personality, but I'm excited to see how she develops now. I also enjoyed Danielle looking like a stone cold mess when trying to comfort Jale.
Kimberly going down in my estimations by partaking in that "hide the wine" immaturity, and raising a glass to Pauline. Ugh!

This is going to be a turning point for her I think. She'll either bridge off into fabulous or boring sheepish bitch, hopefully the former! She seems to be slowly wising up to Helen and maybe some of the others too...

FFS KIMBERLY.

Jesus Christ, it is SO hard to find a housemate to properly back this year.

Loved Ashleigh in the last episode, especially when Stephen was saying he didn't understand Helen getting booed and she said she did and why

I agree! Chris is the only one I remotely like!

Marlon is driving me insane

I am beginning to think this might be the worst Channel 5 series so far :( It is weird though, it isnt boring, loads is going on but none of them are really likeable - lets be honest, Jale is kinda boring as f*** and so is Chris.
Exactly my problem with this series, I just can't get behind any of them fully. I have been following it but can't imagine still being interested in all of these characters in 2 months from now. They really need fresh blood.

It feels like as soon as I get to like someone, they do something that puts me off :drama: I wouldn't say it's anywhere near as bad as BB12 for example (that series was boring and had a lack of likeable people except Alex and Louise, plus Rebeckah was fab) because there's lots of drama and plenty of potential but the housemates are just too absorbed in who said what, what x thinks about y and the like. Obviously some of that is good and it's kind of one of the only ways to pass time in the house but it's making loads of the housemates paranoid, nasty and miserable :/ it's a good series in some ways but not in others, sometimes it's kind of more like watching Jeremy Kyle rather than a reality show with people who we're supposed to be supporting. Like I've said, we really need a Gina/Luisa type housemate, somebody who tells how it is (like Toya) but doesn't go too far and end up having everyone watching against them (as Toya has done). Either that or someone really fun and lovable like Charlotte who doesn't get drawn into things, because everyone has so far really except Chris (who just does nothing for me).
Yeah, this year they need to finally put some new housemates in. I dont understand why Channel 5 are seemingly SO against it, it helps change the house dynamics and keeps it from going stale. I think it would help to keep people interested later on and the previous series have suffered from it in a big way as even the most entertaining of characters showed flaws and became unlikeable because nothing new was happening. The best way to bring them in would be to make them the power housemates, that would cause a lot of drama especially if we had a strong female and male character.
While I don't like Toya, I have to say her having the power is going to be amazing.
