It wouldn't surprise me if Ella Henderson - Ghost went to number one, especially if it's being supported by Capital & Radio1. I assume that she will be performing on Britains Got Talent live shows to promote 'Ghost' as she's part of Syco.

 

It's a great shame that James basically ruined it for himself, I'm almost positive that his duet with Emeli Sande would have been a certain smash.

I'd be very surprised if Klingande beat Secondcity to #1. 'I Wanna Feel' reminds me of 'My Love' and 'Jubel' reminds me of 'Changes', and as 'My Love' was far bigger than 'Changes' I can see Secondcity being the bigger of the two

I think Mollie's problem was her attitude, it really came across badly, and non-promotion.

 

I couldn't watch Eurovision last year because of BGT clashing with it and everyone wantin to watch that, so that's probably why ratings were higher in general.

I've just listened to the Rita song, I really don't like anything about it. Boring weak chorus, annoying robotic vocals and very disappointing production coming from Calvin who can usually do no wrong for me. It may well grow on repeated listens but at the moment possibly my least favourite #1 of the year. Rita has really failed to impress me with anything beyond her (first) 3 #1s.

Yeah it's certainly a grower. Easily the best thing she's ever done , which isn't hard as How We Do is the only tolerable song.

I had the same opinion on first listen, really disappointed as I loved all her other singles ('Shine Ya Light' included there!) but oh my, did it grow, and now it's my personal chart #1!

Not liking what I've heard from Ghsot so far, especially not SKy Full of Stars!

Ah, just realised next week is when ASFOS will be made chart eligible :D I really want this to go to no.1 at some stage. It's too good not to :wub:

It will grow on you. The chorus isn't immediately obvious but once you hear the song a few times you'll hear how good it actually is.
