I suppose, looking at it again, her support has grown throughout the series rather than peaking too early as is what happened with Gina last year so she could do it. It's just looking at the last two winners that stops me from being optimistic.

IDK, I reckon the final should get a lot less viewers than it usually does because the series has been such a washout. If I was a betting man I'd say Winston to win but she's in with a chance if the fans all vote en masse.
I'm predicting Christopher is going to win this. Chris in 2nd and Ashleigh in 3rd. The rest is wide open. I also get the feeling that if Helen gets edits like last night, she really could challenge for a top 3 placing!
I think Ashleigh will break the tradition of female #3 and finish at least Top 2. Whether Christopher, Chris or Winston joins her, that I don't know~
I really do think Ashleigh stands a great chance in winning unlike Deana and Gina she seems to be ganining momentum and popularity just at the right time . Both Deana and Gina were favourites throughout the majority of there respective series but both of them around this point lost momentum and dented there popularity Deana when she kept picking on Luke S and Gina with her arguments with Hazel . If Ashleigh carries on how she currently is I think she could do it.

Eviction Odds from Oddschecker.

Chris: 6/5

Pav: 11/8

Zoe: 5

Hmm makes me wonder if Mark wouldn't be so safe if he were to be nominated for eviction. I wouldn't particularly care about any of these 3 going but Chris missing the final will be somewhat a shocker considering he has been a big favourite to win.

6/5 isn't really SO much better than 11/8. Basically it tells us that either Pav or Chris could easily go. Zoe with just a 7/2 now also has a big chance.

This eviction can literally go either way. Exciting~

I know these were the odds for the first eviction out of the two but surely this is one of the biggest shocks in a very long time? I only have a couple of years experience of civilian Big Brother but I can't imagine there being many shocks to match this one? :o

Chris 10/1

Helen 16/1

Pav 33/1

Ash 40/1

4 out of the last 5 years have been correct with winning odds, the only year they were off was the season Aaron won. Alex was the favorite to win there (didn't she finish 3rd?)

I ducked out of that series when Lauren got evicted, but here's was outlook on the odds for the winner:

08/10/12 - Luke A Favorite To Win

08/11/12 - Luke A and Deana were tied in the odds

08/13/12 (Day Of Final AM) - Deana favorite to win

08/13/12 (Day Of Final PM) - Luke A favorite to win

08/13/12 (During Final) - Luke A favorite to win, right before first eviction Luke S' eviction odds are slashed 179/1  and Adam becomes second favorite putting Deana down to third.

I'm just delighted that a housemate I love is likely to win for once. I think. You watch, Helen will win now we're all getting excited.

Ashleigh: 1/2

Christopher: 5/2

Helen: 8/1 :o

Chris: 16/1

Pav: 40/1

Ash: 40/1

One market even has Helen at 6/1 to win!

I'm surprised Helen's odds haven't shortened before now! Ashleigh's have lengthened ever so slightly since I looked yesterday. I really think we could have a Helen/Ashleigh top 2, which in one way is the best case scenario. Imagine Helen's face if Ashleigh wins  Christopher could upset that though as he'll get a lot of the casual votes I imagine.

I still really have that gut feeling Helen is gonna win though :(

Its because of Big Brothers task last night - it clearly was there to shorten the odds by making people feel sorry for Helen which is what it did with her ending up crying in the toilet and Ashleigh blocked dancing in the sitting room!

this seems to be the most logical reason to me imo, the same thing that got dexter as far as second place last year and sort of what's got pav as far as the final too. they don't necessarily have to be good people, they just need to be shown as if they're getting a hard time (although many people exaggerate and use the word 'bullying' SO lightly) and suddenly people feel sorry for them and they're the instantly best person ever.

shame, that perfect final 3 is likely to be ruined now. :(
