Oh excellent! Did not expect that at all. 'Pure Shores' is absolutely faultless and a superb winner. I wouldn't say 'About You Now' is ageing badly as such, but it doesn't quite have the power to make me listen to it that regularly anymore. A really great countdown on the whole.

Great Top 2!!!! Two of my favourite songs have the best scores!!! Great winner, great runner-up!! When I checked the countdown, I felt so disappointed that "DNA was so high. The Top 6 is also very good.

You're not alone this time! 'Change' is one of my all time fave albums. The only tracks I'm not keen on are 'My Love Is Pink' and 'Never Gonna Dance Again' (the latter I guess is alright, just dull and overrated).

At 27 it's the Spices and 'Stop'. I'll never understand how this didn't reach number 1. Especially when tracks like 'Too Much' and 'Holler' could, as great shame. I don't think there's anybody that doesn't know the dance moves? Nobody fun anyway.

'Stop' always has been my favourite Spice single ('Never Give Up On the Good Times' is my favourite Spice song.

So 'DNA' is Buzzjack's favourite Little Mix track as 'Move' drops out at 14. Such an effortlessly cool track, exactly the sort of music they should be doing imo. LOOK AT THOSE 11's! 'Freak Like Me' was the first truly EXCELLENT Sugababes single and it misses out on a top 10 placing falling at 13. No idea why Jonjo deemed it 0 worthy. LET'S JUDGE HIM.

'Freak Like Me' is very much in the same vein as 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' for me. Never have seen the appeal and I highly doubt I ever will. 'Round Round' was what got me into Sugababes (and I'm not even a big fan of that anymore in all honesty...). Always found FLM overrated.

 

I don't get how 'Ego' has beaten 'Higher' at all, that is such a perfect pop song that they should do more in the vein of (minus Flo Rida of course).

What is with everyone's beef with 'Ego' (sorry just quoted this quote so I remembered to comment, not to single you out :P) !? It's a stormer of a pop track and although it's a bit surprising it's beat 'Higher', I'm really not surprised it's come top 10! It's how you do a mid tempo, anthemic pop song!

A deserving winner, not my favourite, by any means, but it's a brilliant song and a song I definitely appreciated more these last 3 years or so. 'About You Now' finishing second though is WONDERFUL! Such a storming pop song. Definitely in my top 5 girl band singles of all time. SO stunned that 'DNA' is the track to take Little Mix into the top 10! I genuinely thought and believed it would be 'Move'! Also surprised that 'Ego' beat 'Higher', but I'm not mad (despite the latter being my favourite!). Sorry I wasn't here to comment throughout unlike yesterday, but I had company!

YES what an absolutely incredible winner! I'd never have expected it to have won though! It's such a classic, and I love the music video too with excerpts from 'The Beach' in it!

Pure Shores is a brilliant winner. So timeless and unique among the raft of girlband singles - very pleased with that. I do slightly prefer About You Now but I hold no grudges as I wasn't quite expecting All Saints to really go the distance - although when I saw they were in the top 5 I did wonder.

Adam! I didn't know enough songs to vote but really enjoyed reading the results. What a thread *.* Rate of the year for sure. That top 10 is sublime! And how on Earth did you type all that in just a couple of days!?

'Higher' got 2 -1's which is what killed it of a top 5 placing. Blame 152chris and Totto!!

It was close but in the end Sugababes take second place with the ever amazing 'About You Now'. After the slightly underwhelming Greatest Hits era everything looked set to be OK when 3.0 unleashed this mega hit on us. I don't know who this Totto thinks he is giving -1's to all these classics??
