December 17, 201410 yr Think I want Bianca win but my God Daniel vs Mark would be the best final ever!
December 17, 201410 yr Bianca needs to win this over the other 2 arrogant arses Agreed. I think Mark will be safe
December 17, 201410 yr Mark should get packed in a box and shipped back to Australia with Peter Andre...
December 17, 201410 yr Daniel FINALLY out, yay. sad to see Roisin go but with that business plan she was never gonna make it. I much prefer Bianca as a person but Mark is undeniably good at selling so it could go either way really.
December 17, 201410 yr I can't understand someone like Mark going in for this apart from the 15 weeks of fame! His parents run businesses - he has helped run those businesses - he runs his own business already - it seems like he has the financial ability to finance his future business without the help of Sid James look-alike pensioner! Really - what is the difference between Dragon's Den and The Apprentice? I can't figure it out. I SO want Bianca to beat the shit out of him next week - and I've never been behind Bianca before now!
December 17, 201410 yr Mark's smug smiles in the board room are making me not want to watch the final.

I much prefer Bianca as a person but Mark is undeniably good at selling so it could go either way really. The Apprentice is SO different now from how it was in the early days. I remember Sid James saying (in many of the early series) 'I don't want a blaaadddy salesman!'
December 17, 201410 yr Bianca has been my favourite for the past few weeks, and I warmed to her even more when finding out more about her in "The Final Five" programme last night. I was so pleased when she was the first one to get a positive comment about a fashion leader saying her plan has potential and when she turned that interview with Ricky into such a passionate speech I was behind her so so much so I'm so pleased she's in the final. I really hope she wins!
December 17, 201410 yr Seriously I find the whole 'business plan' combination with the process a bit flawed. It was better when it was just a job. I mean, surely they should do the picking apart of their plans BEFORE the process. Otherwise, what's the point in having the process if the person who performs the best over the 10 weeks is so quickly dismissed for their business plan. Surely it would have been easier to look at Roisin and Solomon's plans in week 1 and binning them before putting them through the Show? Edited December 17, 201410 yr by MistleJoe.

Bianca to win now surely?
December 17, 201410 yr I think a Bianca/Mark final seemed quite obvious from the edits in that episode, though I did think for a moment they may make Daniel/Mark, it probably wasn't worth the outrage that would follow! Bianca came across very well there and that personality thing I think felt a bit picky even for the interviewers, I can easily her winning, her business plan didn't get a lot of criticism and would they really be predictable and feed Mark's ego even further? :drama: Poor Roisin, almost exactly like Neil last year with looking like a clear winner then falling with a poor business plan. I will miss her amazing legs :( Solomon...lol, I love him, I think I'd have done the same as him had I been on the show! Edited December 17, 201410 yr by FrostytheWallaby

Surely it would have been easier to look at Roisin and Solomon's plans in week 1 and binning them before putting them through the Show? Yeah, it's always made the task thing seem a little more meaningless, last week especially when it went down to Katie and Solomon, the task went out the window and it was purely their business plans that got them sacked, made the task a bit meaningless as Roisin and Solomon probably would've got the same fate had they lost. It's just prolonging their inevitable firing. -x- Also I assume you've all seen this? EAwymcSlmoA

Makes all the tasks seem pointless.
December 17, 201410 yr I was thinking the same too! The likes of Sarah (despite cleaning products gate) or Felipe may not be the brightest sparks but for all anyone knows they could have had killer business plans. I was dead certain that Roisin was going to win this, let alone be in the top two, so it really does all come down to this part, regardless of all the tasks! Bianca and Mark seem a decent top two though, there's something about the way Daniel comes across that prevents me from taking him seriously.
December 17, 201410 yr Glad you agree with me about it all seeming pointless by the time it gets to this point in the show. I know the interviews are a big part of The Apprentice. But surely there is a way of incorporating them differently, so that they don't make the process meaningless. They could do something like ANTM where they have like 30 potential candidates in the first episode and they all go through interviews based on their business plans there and then - then within that episode whittle if down and choose the final 14 people who will go through the main process. December 17, 201410 yr I can't @ Roisin being fired - she did have a solid proposition, there was just a couple of tweaks that needed to be made to make it something they could do within the £250,000 budget. Bianca HAS to win now though, felt really sorry for her throughout the interviews, and her business plan is far, far stronger than Mark's (who's such an awful character with an extremely basic plan)
December 18, 201410 yr Few thoughts: Mark: Very boring, but safe. Lord Sugar took the risk last year, doubt he would do the same this year. He's probably going to win, isn't he? Bianca: Actually very impressed! By far clearly the most thought out business plan, good for her! Daniel: WHAT WAS THE POINT IN TAKING DANIEL TO THE INTERVIEW STAGE IF THEY WERE NOT GOING TO LAY INTO HIM. Out of the 5 tonight, he was the least shown! I don't even understand what his business plan was?! JFC. Carry someone 11 weeks and just dump them like that?! Roisin: Poor Roisin, clearly over her head with that one, wasn't she? I actually thought her idea was good.. but you need to start small and build up. Sounded like she was dreaming big from the beginning, you'd think an accountant would know you can't go global with a $250,000 investment. Solomon: YAAAAAS. Defeat! I was expecting what he got was something we'd see Daniel getting! Bless him, 23 and doesn't know how to put a business plan together. Future winner of The Apprentice 2024? Maybe. Such a boring Final 2, but oddly enough - based on the business plans, I actually agree? Mark's like I said is quite boring. There is a MILLION of these companies out there already, but - I think he could actually do quite well. Damn. Bianca's sounds smart, adaptable and she seems willing to mould it. I'm shocked something this cohesive came from her.
December 18, 201410 yr Aww, I really felt for Solomon, I would make exactly that mistake in the interviews, it's an incredibly relateable error and I felt his idea wasn't all that bad if only he'd either been given a chance to explain it or prepared it better. Roisin was disappointing, shame to see her go like that but I can't say I was surprised, she was coming across as too perfect. Daniel was a non-entity tonight, knew he was going nowhere. Bianca has been continually impressing me ever since she recovered from her blunder with the board game, I think I'll be behind her for the win, it sounds like a good business plan and she's a capable pair of hands to put something into. Not that I wouldn't be against Mark winning, I like his style and he's very entertaining to watch but his business doesn't seem all that unique and he's overconfident to the point of parody.
December 18, 201410 yr Am I the only one who found Claudine the female interviewer quite attractive? Edited December 18, 201410 yr by Merry Fareekmas!
