He sold 9,4k yesterday and Cheryl sold 8,2k. Unless "I don't care" stops selling I don't see how he could catch up 16k in 3 days.

She's likely to sell less over the last few days though and older songs usually sell more over the weekend.

Im going for 76k for Cheryl & 68k for Ed, looks likely it was the XF performance what won it!

The "week-end" is one day since Sunday will be belonging to next week's charts.

Looks like the top 3 are confirmed for Sunday. I really hope All Of Me doesn't re-enter the top 5. It's been long enough in the top 40 anyway. It'll probably end at #5 at least :D

Not sure how streamed Outside is but would be great if it stays Inside the top 10 this week!

I would be very surprised to see Ed knocking Cheryl off now, even with streaming included. I imagine I Don't Care will have a similar chart run to Crazy Stupid Love, if not dropping at a quicker rate. Only time will tell I suppose. It will get Cheryl her chart record which is probably the main thing her record label care about.

I can't believe there's only 42 copies between Calvin & Ed in the albums. :o Looks like Ed sadly has the number 1 album in the bag then. :(

Good to see 'Outside' scrape in the Top 10 singles though, hopefully it'll end up at around Number 8/9 on Sunday.

I'm going for Cheryl on 76k & Ed on 74k. Although I would not be surprised if Ed managed to get to #1, as he outsold her yesterday despite Cheryl being ahead on iTunes all day and today he's ahead combined and his lead is continually increasing. Will be quite close I think!
Michael Buble's Christmas is just outside the top fourty by the way. It's made some stellar climbs throughout the week and should easily be top fourty in tomorrow's update.

Surprised that Calvin hasn't had a more stronger lead all week but I guess people have decided to cherry pick Outside rather than buy the whole album, I can't understand why they showcased the song on youtube and then chose to release open wide instead prior to album release.

Really hoping for some miracle that will allow Ed to cling on at no.1 for a second week but it looks unlikely.

poor Calvin :( was hoping it'd scrape #1 but that looks impossible now.

I'm really hoping he could get a weekend boost but I've resigned myself to the fact Ed will get it sadly

I just hope he doesn't do the double and Cheryl can just hold on but I reckon sales will be extremely close. But I think I Don't Care will have a chart run similar to that of Promise This than CSL

Ha brillant to see - I forgot about his reappearance - sales are quite low down there at the mo!

Where is Hozier and Pharrell in today's update?

You are aware it's a different person responsible for the Ella thing, right?

Although Calvin should have good weekend sales what with the whole club scene being intact with his music and simply people buying more albums at the weekend, Ed is a really strong weekend seller. I really don't see how Calvin stands any hope of being #1 at this point.

Sorry to sound paranoid, but is it me you're referring to?
