Surely you can, otherwise how do the Christmas songs re-enter each year?

He does always say "buy it, delete it, then buy it again" so perhaps that's how?

what if you delete the original copy, can you re buy,

The purchase is tied to your account so that wouldn't work. You'd have to delete the copy temporarily, and then change accounts.

He did say delete it and buy it again lol

Yes he did. I think it does work. I accidently deleted a Gaga song once and then went to download the exact version again. It came up with a warning to say I had already purchased before, but still let me download it (and pay for it) again.

Band Aid...what is wrong with people
What awful people for supporting a charity!

People downloading that shocking mess of a song because Geldof told them to

It's so impossible to believe that some people actually like it.

Band Aid 30's lead actually has increased substantially, pushing Take That back to 0.6818 (from 0.8007) despite them being in dark green from their performance - rather surprised the mention on XF has had that much of an effect. I hope BA30 do get at least this second week at #1.

correction, Band Aid II is a mess of a song (even with Kylie on it :( ) :)

You really don't have much faith in the human race do you?

Thank god it's holding off that awful Take That track anyway, neither performance was fantastic tonight but Labrinth was better for me.

Labrinth  to #5.

Olly has built up quite a lead on Clean Bandit, looks like he may remain #3 this week (or possibly could still even climb if Take That are frontloaded, wouldn't hold my breath for that though).

I didn't buy it because Geldolf told me to. Less of the sweeping statements thanks.

Labrinth top 5 good to see, glad it's set to outpeak Let It Be anyway as it's far better.

It's the positions that are incorrect (Labrinth still showing up at #12 for example). The popularity figures don't always update in sync with the actual positions but I've never seen popularity figures actually be incorrect.

Oh I don't know, I'd rather buy Band Aid 2 than Band Aid 30 any day of the week!!

Kiesza performed her new single on the Xtra Factor, hopefully gives the track a bit of a boost.
