I've obviously missed something, why is Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel back in the chart?

Maroon 5 - Sugar  22

Very surprised this is doing aswell as Animals did. I didn't think it would do anything because it's a dull song in general but guess I've been proven wrong unless the video is helping it still. Even that isn't very good though.

Steve Harley is back because of some Top Gear thing where he told people to buy it randomly.

Coming for that top 13 peak.

It's an appeal made by Top Gear on Sunday to help Steve Harley pay for a £1000 speeding ticket he's recently had. Good song :)

I am hoping Mark Ronson holds onto the number 1 position to keep Rihanna and Kanye West away from it.

Ha, that's quite funny! I wonder how many copies he'd need to sell to make £1000.

Definitely agree there. Really not the best material from Rihsnna or Kanye so would hate for this to be number based off who the artists are. Ronson for a seventh week at the top please! :cheer:

Still not sure if the album pre-orders were actually added on for the new track lol. Hooray for it still climbing anyway, hope it will be top 40 for a bit. Album pre-order also up to #43 :D

Imagine Dragons seem to have changed their mind about 'Shots' being an instant grat, it's back to being album only!

I think you are confusing Rae Sremmurd with Rae Morris here... an understandable confusion as obviously their music is so similar  In all seriousness though I was worried for a second there that 'No Type' had suddenly taken off. Thankfully it's still down at #150.

'CoCo' is kind of awful as well but enjoyable in a novelty way. 'Tuesday' is fab though (obviously just climbed a lot today due to being R1 Track of the Day (and, er, Tuesday ) but hopefully that means it might get playlisted tomorrow and become a proper hit). Actually now I've checked though I'm not sure where you got those positions for them, they're at #118 and #89 respectively on my feed?

Oh damn, got excited there.

EDIT: Carry on, I definitely was not looking at the USA one by mistake........

Brilliant to see Jealous off to a decent start, I'd love it to be a hit! Such a stellar pop song.

:kink: Well coincidentally Rae Morris is #55 right now in the UK.

 Could possibly scrape the top 100 on the sales chart unless it completely drops away by the end of the week?

oh. got excited for a minute about Rae Sremmurd/O.T. Genasis, would love for them to go top 40 but they probably won't do any better than the other recent US viral rap hits

'No Type' having R1 support could mean it takes off a bit eventually - although it doesn't seem to be doing too much for them so far. Thankfully. Did I mention I don't like them ~

They'll do well to outpeak Bobby Schmurda.

Would love for one of these to manage what Rack City did though!

I'd love them to chart just to see the Chart Show Thread's reaction

In all seriousness, I prefer CoCo because its hilarious, but No Type is good - maybe MikeWillMadeIt will return to his 2013 glory days.

None have been as big as Bobby Shmurda's hit was in both countries, so its unlikely they'll outpeak that.
