That's what too much AirPlay does for a song
Never mind the huge amount of posters on here who love it?

In any case I'm not one of the above so I'm strongly hoping for Jess to hold; given that she went from 82% of Bloodstream last Tuesday to 107% ultimately and Bloodstream has more reason to be steady (much higher streaming + album version), I think she can do it if she's >70% today... whether or not she will be I'm not sure.

Does anyone know if Jealous has been on Spotify since more than a few weeks ago?

5k is nothing since it's free-falling at this early stage in the week. Nick will overtake very soon. I still think it'll go Jess 1, Nick 2, though.
I don't get that Nick Jonas track. Why is it popular?

He took his clothes off :P

(only partially kidding )

"Jealous" is one of my favourite songs of the past 12 months so Nick for #1.

That actually is what made it take off in the US tbf  But airplay was huge before long, so it was always going to be. I really hope it's #1 too, it was easily in my top 20 of 2014 and revising that I'd easily put it top 10 now. Such a flawless, perfect pop song, especially compared to Jess' disappointment and Stevie's bore.
Stevie would have a chance of holding onto #1 for Sunday if it had a physical equivalent like The X Factor winners song does. The Nick Jonas song is quite catchy but I prefer the Tinashe remix so I'm hoping if anyone is gonna pip Stevie to the post by Sunday, let it be Nick
Stevie McCrorie has no chance of #1 then - the lead was made to look a lot larger because of the very low sales at the moment, and of course Nick Jonas' pre-orders were not incorporated. I suspect Jess will get a narrow third week at the top- but it will be very close no doubt.

I would say Jess would probably take it due to weekend sales, but Nick doing Alan Carr on Friday could just grab him that #1.

(he's also on Lorraine on Thursday morning)

I doubt Trouble will peak in the top 40 now after missing the placement in the past week :(

It's only Tuesday and Stevie is dropping hard on iTunes

If only The X Factor winners songs did the same thing

Shame, I thought it was going to do pretty well :(
Nick grabbing a number 1 (even with low sales) would be very welcome for me! He has Alan Carr on Friday so I'm hoping that'll be enough to secure him the number 1!

I wouldn't write it off yet, what with its b-list airplay kicking in today!

Personally, if Hold Back The River is a contender, I would like it to get to number one.
Of course Trouble will go top 40, probably top 30 or higher in fact. It's now #70 on Spotify and will almost certainly get at least 2 more weeks on the B list on Radio 1. (hasn't even had a full day on the B-list yet!)

It usually does actually, however its lead tends to be so huge that it doesn't fall off #1 until near the end of the week.

I'm probably the only one who cares, but Grant Nicholas' new EP, 'Black Clouds', is top 30 (according to his Facebook) in the album mids.
Hopefully Jess Glynne can hold on for a third week at #1! :cheer:
Well I'm far more interested in the album side of things this week seeing if The Prodigy can hold on the top.
