April 29, 201511 yr Carly #1, I wish SO MUCH she could keep that. :( Grrrrrrr. I bet if she'd released next week, it'd be do-able, too :\

April 29, 201511 yr It also looks like Wiz Khalifa will be #1 until the LunchMoney Lewis song is released. I hope Omi can squeeze in a week at #1 by the time the LunchMoney Lewis song is released
April 29, 201511 yr Carly is just 1,000 copies ahead, it be toppled tomorrow :cheer: By that Wiz song too :nocheer: Joy! I'd prefer either Carly or Omi at #1 over another week of that. oh well. Yay at Major Lazer top 5 though would love to reach #4 officially which I don't think is too out of reach.
April 29, 201511 yr Wow at Talking Body already being 91 in the midweeks! People must be streaming the remixes as well as buying them. Edited April 29, 201511 yr by Joe.
April 29, 201511 yr yay at a Sam Smith free top 40! He's #41 though so will probably be there on Sunday when Style inevitably suffers from the weekend streaming effect :nocheer: good to see Skepta and AronChupa safely top 40 and Alesso inside the top 10 :D Really hope 'Cool' can stay top 10 on Sunday but streaming will probably kick it out. Looks like we can add Carly to the list of midweek #1s that didn't make it officially then, as Wiz & Omi should easily overtake
April 29, 201511 yr Carly has done remarkably well to cling on for the chart update #1, given the rate at which Wiz Khalifa and OMI are being streamed! :D Finger crossed that Alesso  can retain his top ten status against the weekend tidal streaming surge! Pleasing to see AronChupa and Skepta on course to crack the top40 on Sunday! :cheer:
April 29, 201511 yr yay at a Sam Smith free top 40! He's #41 though so will probably be there on Sunday when Style inevitably suffers from the weekend streaming effect :nocheer: People just need to stop streaming that abomination then hopes up, we will definitely have a Sam Smith-less chart this Sunday as it's #84 on iTunes and is falling too
April 29, 201511 yr Good to see Take That and The Shires getting tour boosts for their under performing albums and entering back into the Top 40 after dropping out of the Top 75
April 29, 201511 yr Also some decent movement in the singles chart - Ciara at #70, This really deserves to be a hit - Hopefully Radio will pick up on it. Mariah just making it at #94 although it's now on free fall on iTunes so will be well short of the Top 100 by Sunday  No suprise but ouch at Conor slumping to #89 - Bit of a disastrous comeback
April 29, 201511 yr Any particular reason Maroon 5 have jumped into the albums top 10? Suprised it's taken this long to return to the Top 10 tbh - It's a great album and have 3 silver selling singles from it.
April 29, 201511 yr Carly is just 1,000 copies ahead, it be toppled tomorrow :cheer: Nothing to cheer about.  1 Carly Rae Jepsen - I Really Like You (1,000 copies ahead) * 2 Wiz Khalifa feat. Charlie Puth - See You Again 3 OMI - Cheerleader 4 Jess Glynne - Hold My Hand 5 Major Lazer feat. DJ Snake & MO - Lean On Yes for Carly still midslaying at #1! :cheer: it won't get #1 officially of course but this is still an achievement! :D Lean On top 5 also!!! :cheer:
April 29, 201511 yr Any particular reason Maroon 5 have jumped into the albums top 10? It was 99p on Google yesterday. So were Kodaline and Josh Grobag, although the latter's chart position obviously won't have been affected.
April 29, 201511 yr It was 99p on Google yesterday. So were Kodaline and Josh Grobag, although the latter's chart position obviously won't have been affected. Seems they are back to their daily 99p deals - Today's are Mark Ronson, Catfish and The Bottler and Charli XCX so all of those could get a healthy boost!
